Marisol Kim

I have been seeing Marisol for about 4 months. When I began, I had debilitating arthritic pain that was spreading to my muscles and nerves. My western doctors were diagnosing me with dreadful autoimmune diseases and I was about to give up hope on leading a normal life. But I had this instinct that I needed someone to figure out the root cause of my pain, rather than just label the symptoms and prescribe various pills to manage the pain. My doctor disagreed with me that I could be suffering from food sensitivities. So I found Marisol.
She has been AMAZING. Patient, compassionate, empathetic, and all the things most doctors are not. She listens and she cares. We’ve spent the past four months patiently peeling back the layers and figuring out my specific and unique food sensitivities. It has taken patience, commitment, and major lifestyles changes but all worth it since i am now nearly 100% free of pain. I also feel healthier, have more energy, look better (younger!), have lost weight, and can run and exercise again.
If you have health issues that are not getting the attention they deserve from your doctor (s), I highly recommend trying this approach. It’s not easy and it’s not necessarily quick, but totally worth it.

I came to Marisol with major digestion issues, and she has been nothing but helpful in my process. Marisol is a very good and knowledgeable nutritionist. I have been working with her for the past six months on female hormonal imbalances, migraine headaches & food allergies. I found her technique of Applied Kinesiology for my food allergies extremely effective and once I eliminated these foods from my diet the inflammation in my GI tract substantially subsided. Marisol also cured my migraine headaches which an MD specialists was not able to do for over a year. I am medication free and following her natural remedy on a daily basis. I find that Marisol takes a Holistic approach to her healing and nutritional advice. I believe in the concept that food is medicine and that our bodies react according to what we put into it… some foods are poison to my body and maybe not yours. I recommended Marisol to a friend who found out she had early stage breast cancer and Marisol was also able to help her change her diet to combat the cancer through food & natural supplements. I believe in the work that Marisol is doing and highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health through food & proper nutritional advice.

Marisol Kim is more than a nutritionist she is a food coach! she test you to see what your sensitive to than you remove what bothers you from your diet then you figure out with her how to replace what you should avoid with what you can have with out missing what you love, which sounds crazy but its a lot easier than you think.

I have been struggling to achieve digestive health for years and it has always been a struggle. I went to Marisol at a point when I had an idea about some of the things that I should avoid, but with no validation it was hard to commit to cutting out those foods.
When I met with Marisol she did a thorough intake and then muscle tested my responses to both foods and supplements. I discovered that most of my instincts (which took about 4 years for me to discover on my own) were basically right except for a slight (but important) tweak here and there, BUT, the great thing was that getting an impartial outside test confirmed my instincts in such a way that I am now actively avoiding those foods that irritate my system and I am feeling sooooo much better!
