This is just a portion of an experience at this store. I would rate this store as dung. I would not recommend this place for anyone. After coming to this MetroPCS retailer for the very first time and experiencing the rude, insulting and racial prejudice over a mere refund, exchange and ordinary inquiries about battery, changing a number to another phone, and how soon should I expect to see a partial debit payment returned to my account… I am done! I was simply returning a battery and asking how soon I should expect the partial payment from my debit card to return to my account in it all I was told«I don’t like doing business with people like you», «people like you», «I knew you were coming back I told my manager about you.» «I wanted to do this the easy way but you wanted to use cash and debit and come then come back to confuse me with the receipts.» «.my manager told me about people like you who come in here trying to confuse us with these receipts and hustle us», «I told my manager about you when you first came in and he told me you people dp this.» Need I say more? Now, when I see a MetroPCS Store I think«.will I be looked upon and dealt with like I’m „hustling“ phones.» whatever that is! Does MetroPCS Corporate have a right in its franchise contracts to revoke licensing rights of it’s retailers over stuff like this? I don’t think MetroPCS is too hard up for money these days. I love corporate and private industry, entrepreneurialism, owning a business and making it in this big o world, but I think that this store needs a turn around to quality, respectful customer service and a serious professional change of staff to someone who deliver 100% competency and professionalism in transaction, returns and customer service experience, or leave. I vote leave.

Great service, has all the newest Google Android phones. Also can transfer contacts from any phone to you new device. Saved me alot of time and heartache. lol. Ham is super cool, been in the area for years.
