I’m not sure if it’s the owner or the manager, but the male bar tender next to the bass cabinet(which sounds amazing btw) was a huge dick. I ended up not ordering a drink because of it. Owner/manager walked up to me, I guess he noticed I was pissed and asked me what happened I told him and he gave myself and my friend a free drink pass and apologized. On another night we showed up at 9pm to a sold out show because we didn’t get tickets in time and they said there would be a few at the door. The door lady refused to let us purchase tickets. The same man comes walking out and tells her to let us in. On a third night it was free with guest list before 11. I got out of work late and made it at 11:05. The same awesome man asked if I was on the guest list, I told him I was. He said well I’ll let you and your friends in free even though it was past the time. The sound system is top notch, some of the artist that spin are world class, and the vibes are always on point. Needless to say I love this place!!!

Ticket line is same as non-ticket line… which means you might not get in even if you buy a ticket online at say, Resident Advisor. Strange, no?

I’m in love with this place… my first time here was on New Years Eve for Fehrplay. I came solo this past Saturday for«Salted» and had the best time shuffling to some deep house! Great staff, good people and good vibes! Virtually no dress code… I literally wore jeans, hoodie and sneakers for dancing! Lots of places to sit if need be, 2 bars and easy access to the outside for air! If you like to have fun with«regular» younger and older people than go here! Eventbrite is the best place to pick up tickets in advance for free/decent priced. I paid like $ 10 bucks for 3 DJs… They scan tix on your phone. They have a coat check and the bathrooms are clean. Its easy to miss when driving past but there is 100% free parking available.

Love this venue. The staff are all super friendly, including security. It was clean and super well ventilated. Rarely have I been so comfortable in a dark room full of people. Plus gotta love one of the rare SF places that stays open until 5am. Party!

the djs get crackin after 12, the openers are pretty chill/not bad, nice venue and plenty of parking. four stars overall. the two stars are for the wack male bartender on Nov 13. very rude and pushy. I accidentally added a $ 200 tip for one drink and I was trying to cancel it and he yelled at me «just sign it!» several times. no way! in your dreams pal! I’m not going to sign for a $ 200 tip. he was so impatient! he said«gosh, what a waste» to me! then he said just push one of these buttons. pushy and not understanding. would he do the same if he were I that situation? would you? I don’t think so! rude 2 stars should be one

In town visiting and came here with wifey on Halloween night to see John Digweed. First off, We are too old to be clubbing, so this place was perfect. Definitely an older crowd but that also means it’s a flashback to the early 2000s. The sound system was incredible. The staff was super friendly, laid back and chill. I didn’t have any issues with the square CC every transaction was fast and there was hardly ever a wait even though the place was packed. Digweed still has it too! I do wish they’d upgrade the lighting, or at least fire up the existing stuff — the lcd projectors looping the 90s cheesy graphics got a little old. I’d go back asap.

Not impressed. Coming from NYC, I wasn’t expecting much to begin with. We came here after attending an event at Foundry, hungry for some more drinks and good music to keep the party mode peepo going. Well. whoever made the decision of making us all go here is hurting, as we had to keep club-hopping until, at least for me, got tired enough and just peaced. I went back to my hotel room at around 1:30am. The bartenders weren’t impressive, the seating area was disgustingly packed, and the people at the front(hostess, bouncers, etc.) just aren’t helpful — what do you get paid to do? The mixology sucked. The music was forgettable and the club seemed dated. I’ll leave nightlife partying in NY/LA. This is just not the scene for me.

Mighty is pretty fun after hours spot. They have a huge smoking area which is good, so you don’t feel super crammed when you’re trying to get some air. I have only been here after hours so I cannot speak to the bar or drinks. The bathrroms are always clean enough and I’ve never seen anything too gross in there, haha. The DJs are usually pretty good. They usually play hip hop, but the last time I was there, there were playing electronic music. Oh, and there’s no creepers so that’s a huge plus hahaaa

Five stars for sound, talent and venue. Two stars knocked off for service. I ordered s club soda lime and a red bull this was 5.00 dollars. An hour later I ordered them same thing from the Same bartender and its 8.00 dollars! I’m not going to cause a scene when I’m out to relax and enjoy myself. I highly recommended the staff get on the same page and make sure this does not happen again! I will be back because it’s a great spot and I hope the management corrects this inconsistency!

I always seem to have a good time at this club. It has a warehouse kind of feel not all glammed up like Ruby Skye which I like. It is a big place, but gets hot and stuffy on warm days, but there is outside space too. I don’t like that there are no in and outs though. And beware of parking in non-lite areas and do not leave anything on your seats, me and my sister have both been broken into. I went to Pink Mammoth there this past weekend and had a blast.

The Mecca for Deep House in SF. Miguel Migs and his crew throw a party here once a month, and it’s amazing each time. You’re going to go home with some crazy memories, new friends, and some sore-ass feet. Ladies, I know you want to look cute, but if you know how to dance(and enjoy it), dress for comfort — and I’m talking specifically about your shoes. The drinks are stiff, but they’re small — so do it up like you were in high school and pre-game prior to heading in. Slam the cheap booze you bought from Safeway and walk in there ready to party!

Honestly I was not fond of this place the first time I came but was«won over» after seeing Dj Jazzy Jeff over a month ago. I honestly will never come here again. I don’t care if Dj Jazzy Jeff, Ali Shaheed Muhammad or even The Weeknd(I would wait in line 12+ hours for him too) is playing, NOTHING can persuade me to attend another event here after last night. As another reviewer stated, the bouncers here are completely unprofessional and disrespectful… it doesn’t seem to be too common of a problem so maybe it’s just when they’re bored and are feeling insecure. Still no excuse. My boyfriend, friends and i came here last night to see Dj Jazzy Jeff and Shortkut for my birthday. Around midnight i attempt to find my boyfriend who was just outside in the smoking area hanging out with his friends when the body guard told me he’s not allowed back in. I ask him«Why?» and without even looking at me he just says«he’s too drunk». LITERALLY as he said that this other guy was being dragged into the club by his other friends because he can barely walk; I point this out to the body guard who didn’t seem to care so I got mad and told him he’s on a power trip and he responded(again, not looking at me at all) «Then get the fuck out my club». After that I got PISSED. Was my boyfriend drunk? Yes, but not any more than most the people in the club. He was not starting fights, he was not falling over or stumbling over himself or slurring his words. He was just hanging out with his friends and dancing with his gf telling her that he loves her the whole night… I guess that’s not acceptable here but it’s okay for people who can barely walk on their own or are slurring out their words to come back in. Also when he said«my club» asked if it was«his club» and if he owned it and he kept responding with«yeah» with a «I don’t give a fuck attitude» continuing not to look at my face. I’m not sure if I believe that he actually owns it or if his head is just really that far up his ass. I’m not going to lie, after that I threw some profanities at him telling him that he’s discriminating and how I’d like to see him act like that in oakland(we’ve actually been pretty belligerent at the layover and other small yet packed clubs in the east bay and have NEVER had this problem). My friend who was not drunk and was very confused asked why my bf got kicked out(he was with him the whole time so this was before I knew) and he responded with«I don’t need to explain anything». Um, excuse me? If people are paying $ 30+ to come to «your» shitty club and aren’t misbehaving then yeah, you should fuckin explain! Even his weak excuse to me was not a valid explanation. I feel bad for my 4 friends who came out last minute and spent $ 50 each to only have to leave a couple hours before the event ended. To make matters worse my boyfriend was already discriminated against earlier that day by a police officer; So being discriminated against AGAIN was the last thing we needed when we were innocently having fun and trying to have a stress free night. My friends and I(9 total from last night) will never come to this shitty place again and will steer people away from it too(have already done so). Judging by the attitude of the workers here they probably don’t give a fuck about losing some customers, hopefully this shit hole shuts down although it’s probably unlikely to happen anytime soon unfortunately.

Mighty Lounge felt like a warehouse. The area did not have very much and every building looked similar to warehouses. Felt like i was partying in secret warehouses lol. You walk in and there is a bar to the left side of the room and the stage to right side. The ceiling is high and there are TVs all around that shows music videos/similar videos to the music that is playing. If you walk a little further in, you would notice there is a small room that plays different kinds of music. There is a mini bar right when you walk in and benches that you can sit. There is also a small staircase to go upstairs. It is not big but it was cool watching the lights and DJ playing from upstairs.

The Mighty Mighty! This is SF’s première club that packs a house and delivers the best sound. The management has really put a great amount of effort of putting in an excellent sound system so the dj’s can do their magic. There is plenty of room for folks to dance and the stage is perfect for DJs or performances. Also there is a huge coat check if gals/guys need that. What you might know is you can also rent out Mighty for a private event also if you are throwing a huge bash or a special event. Check out Mighty on TRIPLETHREAT DJs monthly party. Good music all night long!

Actually had a pretty good time at this club. The dress code is super casual. You can wear hats(baseball caps)! The drink prices were pricey like any other club but the shots they pour you are pretty huge. I thought the shot looked tiny but it took me a double gulp to get it all down. Music was good. Not your average mainstream edm but I was feelin it. I felt the music reminded me of the music at booty sf, but i feel mighty OWNS booty in terms of décor. Everything just looks nicer whereas booty looked kinda grungy. This aint your regular club tho. Table service is def not the norm so if you come by be prepared to dance n jus hav fun.

Ah, yes, this place seems to hold its own over the years. Good atmosphere and nice sound system. What happened to opening up a tab? «Oh, but we have Square and it’s so much faster.» Uh-huh, okayy. Drinks were expensive. The music is good and I appreciate the talents and dance expressions of the party-goers, myself included. However, what’s with the throwing baby powder on the dance floor to hold a break dancing circle TOFRICKENHOUSEMUSIC?! Seriously? Dude, not enough dance floor. The bouncers were cool and the bartenders were just ok.

The Good: — terrific sound system for you audio heads — secluded venue — unpompous service — main room and small side room — multiple bars — very open air and lofty The Not So Good: — can tend to get crowded — attracts an interesting crowd, depending on which DJs are playing that night — attracts a slight older crowd A nightclub that can deliver a very San Francisco feel. Remains relevant with great deep house song selection.

My favorite club in SF, tucked away in the SOMISSPO district of San Francisco, where SOMA, the Mission and Potrero Hill meet. Easy, free street parking. A good time to get there is 11:00 p.m. when the club starts to fill up. I I love its intimate, warehouse feel with dark lighting, great sound system, and amazing DJs! I’ve seen Mark Farina, Stanton Warriors, Plump DJs, Krafty Kuts, James Zabiela, Miguel Migs, and more there. There is another second smaller room off to the side to enjoy other artists. The main headliner DJs don’t go on until 12:45 a.m.-1:00 a.m. so be prepared for a LATE night. The drinks are well made and reasonably priced. It never seems to take long to get a drink and THEYNOWACCEPTCREDITCARDS! :) There is a coat check and outdoor smoking area where it’s nice just to get some air after a couple of hours of dancing. It’s never crazy packed, just good energy and good peeps. LOVELOVELOVE Mighty!!! :)

A club that’s hip with a divey feeling(dark and dirty whole in the wall!). +Love the music they played. You can dance or you can chill. I’m not sure if they always play jazzy/disco house but that’s what they were playing on a Saturday night. +Lots of space. It was crowded but still enough space to dance around. +Wear whatever you want. You don’t have to be super dressed up. –Expensive. I thought the drinks were over priced and the cover seemed pricey. My friend paid for all of us but I thought I saw a $ 20-$ 25 cover sign. –Not everyone’s into this type of house music. Half the group of people I went with were not feeling it while the other half were loving it. Overall, would come again but go again but I’d make sure to RSVP online and also make sure everyone that’s going likes the type of music they’re playing that night.

Sandy and I met up with some of her friends at Mighty this past Saturday to watch Colette. She’s a house music DJ who first burst on to the scene in the early 90’s. With a residency at the SmartBar in Chicago, she gained attention almost 20 years ago when she started singing over her mixes. Something, even today, most DJs don’t do. Colette is, without a doubt, Sandy’s favorite D Jocky. After dancing to her music and vocals, I can see why my girl is such a huge fan — she’s awesome. When Colette wrapped up her set, Sandy waited patiently like a giddy little kid by the stage. She asked(borderline demanded) me to take pictures of them together, which I did. You can witness Sandy cheesin’ to the max here — Mighty is great for a number of reasons: 1) FREE parking everywhere — an experience you won’t get at most clubs in SF 2) Small venue with a great layout 3) Big outdoor smoking area — if getting high is your thing, you’ll like this place 4) Two full bars — No problem getting a drink. Lines aren’t ridiculously long 5) Big dance floor 6) The stage isn’t big or high so you feel close to the DJ 7) This was my only visit but the crowd was awesome One negative: 1) They accept credit cards, however, they use Square. If you don’t know what that is, it’s a device you plug into your phone that turns it into a CC terminal. It’s really slow to process and can really lag. BRINGCASH. Get your groove on in a Mighty way.
