As a first time home buyer I was not aware of the importance of having a good mortgage adviser. I only cared for low interest rate. After working with Miles during the closing process I realized how lucky I was to have him by my side.
Mortgage finance can be quite complicated. Interest rates go up and down each day, and quite frankly one doesn’t know the final rate till very end. Also the loan can be packaged in more ways than one can imagine. Also, there is so much paperwork to do that it can be quite overwhelming.
I learnt all this the easy way thanks to Miles Grant. He was very patient with me and not only helped me with the paperwork but also educated me on ins and outs of house loan. I think he went well above and beyond the call of duty :) While working with him I always felt that I was in safe hands as he was very transparent in all his dealings.
