I want to really post this review because I do not want anybody else to be ripped off. This company has over charged me by 40% and they did not finish the job. They left me in the middle of nowhere, and they do not answer my calls, my emails and even my certified mails. I have had to open a dispute because I want some clarification for all invoices. More importantly, I have heard that I was not the first one. So, it is time to stop this company to do business in construction. For information, I have just discovered that they gave me the name and phone number of their employee as a reference. So, when I checked for previous work I have been duped… How naïve I was! Also, the crew stolen my tools. Well, everything is wrong.
So, please do not work with Milly and Company Construction. I am sending my claim to the State so that they can remove his license.

I called Alex on a Thursday, and he came out the same day to look at the job. We agreed on the price ($ 200 to install new sink and haul away old one, plus $ 100 to install two light fixtures), and planned on Saturday at noon to do the job. Alex said he would call Friday night to confirm.
In meantime, I had some scheduling problems myself, and offered (by phone message) to change to Sunday.
Alex did not call on Friday night as he had promised. He called Saturday at noon to say that he could do it Sunday.
He showed up on Sunday, almost on time, and he and his associate did an excellent job on the sink and fixtures. They were friendly, professional and efficient.
If it weren’t for the phone stuff I would give Milly and Co. five stars. However, I still recommend them!
