Every second Saturday from 10a to 3p it’s open during the school year for kids and adults alike to learn. If your lucky your child will get a field trip with their school here to learn something about an animal or ecology or physics. It’s a great place to learn and make new friends. During the summer there is a limited number of spots kids camp that my kid got lucky to attend since they work mostly on grants and donations.
It is still a well kept neighborhood secret and pretty informal but one of the best places a kid could ever come to learn and experience hands on science experiments and wildlife habitat exposure.
The staff here is hardworking, knowledgable and dedicated. Dan, Sol and staff are a wealth of knowledge. You guys rock! Keep up the hard work and dedication!
