But I can assure you that you will get all the best service for your screen problem– they did it so nicely just within 30 minutes.
Really it is outstanding service and all the way it is satisfactory.

I definitely recommend this service if you need your iphone 4screen fixed. My phone was in a bad state, like I couldn’t even read text messages or anything on my phone, and I called her and she was able to work with my schedule. She let me choose a time and place, so I met at a starbucks near my house. She was able to fix my screen in 30 minutes and it was a pleasant conversation!
Out of all the places that fix iphone screens, she was the cheapest, most efficient, and flexible with my schedule! I would definitely recommend her services!

I was a bit skeptical about having someone «come to me» and fix my phone, but since work has been very busy lately I don’t have time to go to someone’s home or to a repair shop. I read the positive reviews on here and decided to have a go. I made sure to install Find My iPhone before handing the phone over.
I’ve read some of the other reviews and I have to say my experience was not the same. Firstly, she didn’t ask if I had an ATT or Verizon iPhone, so when we first met we had to reschedule. I asked about other services — different colors and casing changes for the phone — and she said she would text me that night with prices and see what she had for the Verizon iPhone. She seemed pretty knowledgeable about what colors and options were out there. However, I didn’t recieve a text that night.
The next day she texted me in the morning and did give me the prices on different color iPhone bodies, even being kind enough to mention that they were a bit expensive. I passed on those and just asked for the repair service. She said she would show up at my work «between 130 and 200». She did not arrive until 230, and didn’t offer any explanation regarding why she was late. The fact that she brought a friend with her to do a repair worried me a bit, but I was pretty confident there wasn’t much on my phone that could be useful if hacked.
I asked how long the repair would take and she said «about 30 minutes». I had a meeting at 330 so I assumed that was plenty of time. Assuming 5 minutes to get settled in and get her tools situated, she ended up taking closer to an hour. I had a meeting scheduled at 330, which I ended up being late to. However, it is a Verizon iPhone as opposed to the more-​popular ATT version, so that may have had something to do with it, but once again, I wasn’t offered any explanation why the time estimate was off by so much.
The phone itself looks great and screen is mint condition. I honestly have no clue how to tell Apple glass from third-​party glass, so I will take the phone and get a second opinion, and update this review when I do so.
Of course, as with ANY time you hand over your electronic devices to anyone and they are out of your sight, I changed all my passwords and login information for email and web services after I got the phone back. Price was as advertised, $ 95.
In terms of customer service, Michelle is pleasant and polite, if a little distant. Communication was pretty good, though she had a tendency to understate timelines. The friend seemed to be there simply for support, as she had little interest in the repair, from what I saw.
Overall if you have a bit of time and aren’t quite as exacting as I am, the experience was pretty good. Hopefully the under-​stated wait time and the confusion regarding the Verizon vs. ATT version was a one-​time thing. My hope is that I never drop my phone again so I never have a reason to see Michelle again, but I would certainly recommend giving her a call instead of going into an overpriced «fix it» store or taking the phone to Apple.
