Let’s be clear, the products are fantastic — quality + design. The only disappointing aspect was the staff– maybe I came in on a bad day because this does not echo the sentiments of previous reviewers. The associate who was on the floor when I walked in could not have been more blasé‘. I told her i was looking for 2 gifts for college graduates and the only assistance was to point out the opened samples and once again to point out how the pens attach to the books– no suggestions whatsoever. As I was checking out, I asked if there was gift wrap? — «no» gift bags?- checks the back«no». As $ 87.00 transaction is completing, another employee steps out from stockroom– wiping food off of his mouth. The whole experience was not what I expected from this company. And I’m sure they deal with alot of tourists(which can be trying) as they are adjacent to the Palace Hotel on Market Street. It’s a nicely designed store, the products are recognized quality but my experience made this feel more like a temporary shop– even though I was informed by the guy with food on his mouth that they have a

Moleskine has become my go to because of the staff in this store! Today, Marcus took the time to ask enough questions to find out EXACTLY what I needed. He sold me something I didn’t even know existed and never would have asked for. But it’s just what I needed. This isn’t the first time this has happened, either! Kudos to the team here for outstanding customer service and sales.

Draconian Return Policy. Full retail prices. Return for Exchange/Store Credit within 15 days Return for refund only for defective items within 7 days Can you think of a store with a worse return policy? Maybe car dealerships but that’s it. Worst return policy on the planet. I called corporate and their online store allows returns for refund for any reason 100% satisfaction guaranteed. So unless you are a moleskine veteran and not someone browsing, pass this store up and go online for friendlier return policies. ebay, amazon has the same stuff for less as well.

As an owner of 7 Moleskine notebooks(collection still expanding), I was beyond excited when I stumbled across this storefront! If you are Moleskine-obsessed you will feel as if you are in heaven when you step inside the store. They display several different varieties and designs of their notebooks that I have never seen in person before. They also sell pens and accessories that you can sample! With their rich history and unsurpassable quality, you really cannot go wrong with a Moleskine notebook. :)

This place is AMAZING if you are looking for Moleskin. They just opened 2 months ago, and are the corporate store for Moleskin. They sell probably close to 100 different moleskin books. Square, dots, plan, lined, and more. Staff are super friendly and knowledgable. I got talking for 10 – 15 min. I also got me a great new book to journal. My only suggestion is don’t buy the pens. The pens sell for half the cost on Amazon. The books probably 25% more which is fair since you get to try them and enjoy an awesome showroom, not to mention they often have promos.

When I’m a millionaire, I’m going to spend my fortune on Moleskines. I have never seen a standalone Moleskine store before and just passing by the window last week was enough to freak me out. Actually going into the store was like a shopaholic during Black Friday. I. Cannot. Handle. It. There are SO many varieties and colors. All their pens/pencils are laid out to be tested and let me just tell you, I am SOLD on Moleskine pens. Ugh the smooth ink and perfect grip. Love the helpful staff and gorgeous layout. Definitely coming here for all my future Moleskine purchase(aka very soon).

Located between SEE and the Pied Piper Bar & Grill, this Moleskine store is exciting for Moleskine fans! There is an extensive stock of Moleskine products, including the full range of notebooks(including many of the limited edition ones), pens, notecards, and bags. One of the best features of going to a brick and mortar location is the ability to sample each of the products – throughout the store, there are sample products to try, such as a station in the center of the store with the various pens. The staff was very friendly and willing to explain the different items. This location has only been open for about two weeks, and expected to stock even more merchandise in the coming weeks. I would highly recommend that any Moleskine fan or stationary lover pay a visit!
