I bought a shirt on sale and when I found a flaw in it, they would not take a return. We were told that their«Sale» items were there because they probably had a flaw. There was NOTONE sign that said the sale items were flawed or ‘imperfects. This seems to me to be the height of dishonesty. I will never shop there again.

My mother bought me a shirt from this store at the Westfield Ctr as a gift. One price was originally quoted to us as the item was on sale, but at the cash register they claimed they made a mistake and instead of 50% off it was only 20% off. Despite my hesitation, my mother bought it for me. Once I got it home we realized the hemline of the shirt was unraveling and would not be easy to mend. I took the shirt back with the tag, etc. but they refused to take the return or make an exchange. The Gap, on the other hand, had just taken back a sale sweater we had bought the same day which had discoloration. Stick with stores where they believe in customer service.
