Nice and Easy Moving and Hauling

Zack is awesome! So easy to work with and so accommodating! He is a solid guy and is very responsive. He is the man!

UPDATE: Apparently they moved to Little Rock Arkansas, so no more SF moving.

Zac and his artsy truck are a hidden gem! I was getting furniture through Craigslist and the girl who I was buying furniture from recommended me to him. I was running late, but when I arrived, he had already dissembled the bed and started to move it into his truck. He also let us ride in the truck to my place and helped assemble the furniture. Super quick! Overall, he was great and it was a great moving experience. Definitely recommend!

Nicest guys ever. This is the way to go if you buy on Craigslist or if you need stuff moved. They were respectful with everyone and worked hard.

After reading the reviews on here, I had some confidence that I would have a better experience than what I had. Maybe it wasn’t their day, but it ruined mine. They were very slow and it took them forever to just get started. While I was using their dolley to load boxes to the elevator, they would disappear downstairs supposedly loading the truck. I would then go down to see how it was going and all the boxes and furniture would be sitting there. I gave him a list of items ahead of time and the truck was not big enough at all and I had to actually leave a cabinet (of which is still in the old place and not sure what I’m going to do) at the old place.
These guys were really slow and I even helped out quite a bit with my back feeling it the next day.
I then had to head over to the new place to get the keys and the guys finally showed up 30 minutes later. The apartment I was moving into was brand new with new hardwood floors, I had to keep reminding them not to push boxes around so as not to scratch the floor. Finally gave up reminding them after 20 minues of doing so.
The kicker was when they brought in my practically brand new Room & Board sofa that had dirt stains all over it including men’s boot footprints on the seat portion. I pointed all the stains out and the guy had the nerve to say that the sofa was already dirty. I pointed out the huge men’s boot footprint which clearly was not mine.
After having positive experiences when I first moved to SF, I was devastated by this experience. It took way longer than had been anticipated— 4.25 hours for a small one bedroom apartment and I even helped. They didn’t deserve the small tip I gave them and really didn’t deserve it since I now have to clean my expensive sofa.

Amazing movers — so helpful and responded same day. Without them I would have been in a tough spot. Felt comfortable the entire time and they did everything I asked with no damage to the property or my stuff.

Zac and his team were great. Aside from moving everything in a timely and careful manner, they have great attitudes and were a pleasure to work with. They were also very good about communication in advance of the move. For the quality of service they provide, I believe they are an outstanding value.
