Nine West

My experience is from ordering on line with Nine West. And because of the horrable experience I will NEVER shop with them again.
I purchased shoes and they charged my account. When I called today to check the status, Mary tells me that they were put on back order and my account was credited. Well it wasn’t and I told Mary that I see no credit to my account. She tells me to call my bank and then call her back. Call the bank and they show the no credit to my account as well. I call helpful Mary and she looks things up and says that now… per her supervisor, who remains nameless because apparently she has a lot, that I now have to fax over my bank statements. Lets see what else Nine West needs from me in order to get my credit.
If there was a negative star as an option I would put three negative stars.

Called the store to ask if they carry a specific sandal at their location and before I could finish my sentence, the employee cuts me off mid-​sentence to ask if I could call back later since she’s helping other customers. Lady, first off, if you’re helping other customers, what are you doing answering the phone??? Second, I’m a customer too! RUDE!

This place is so small and has almost nothing!
The worker doesn’t realize that she works at a shoe store like AL BUNDY and treated us really rudely.
The prices are so high too, you’d expect that they would at least have nice looking shoes…
I will never understand these snobby mall workers, I mean why act so arrogant? You’re the one working in a ghetto shoe store in a mall…

Meh. What a lame review for my #150.
I’ve been having a shoe issue lately. I’ve acquired 4 pairs of shoes in the last two weeks. I’m a sucker for sales. After leaving the DMV I went to Stonestown to pay some balances. As much as this Nine West sucks, I always find myself walking in to see what they have on sale. Today was an additional 30% off already reduced items. I instantly spotted a pair of open toe pumps, T strap with a zipper on the side. The Chinese in me made me look at the bottom of the shoe to see how much it was (that’s how I decide how much I really like something… lol). $ 39.99. I ask for my size, walk to the other side of the store and find a pair of open toe booties. I asked the sales rep for those, too. Those were $ 49.99.
I couldn’t decide which one I wanted more, so I said. fuck it.30% off already reduced. $ 75.62 later, I leave with 2 pairs of shoes.
The store was pretty dead, maybe because it was 12pm? The lady working the register was a lot nice than the lady who was getting my shoes. When I worked in sales I ALWAYS had a smile on my face and attempted to make some kinda conversation. This lady had a stone face and didn’t seem like she wanted to be working at all. I still left with a smile on my face and said my thank you’s, even though she didn’t really deserve them.

This one is pretty small, but usually the ones inside malls are. The workers here are usually young. I wasn’t approached, but I was acknowledged in some way. I went up and asked for help and I got it. So the customer service wasn’t bad. I had a shoe emergency and NEEDED a pair (yes, need and not want) real quick, so I bought it. It was the same exact pair of shoes I had in black and 3.5 inches, except in brown and 1.5 inches. I told my friend that I didn’t like the short heels, and he said it would be more comfortable. OR SO YOU WOULD THINK! It goes on my TOP 3 MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SHOES EVER OWNED list! The shoe wasn’t STEEP enough, so these pumps gave me NO SUPPORT or whatsoever and they hurt like a BIATCH! And I wear heels ALL THE TIME, but DAMN, yall fcked this one up! I put up with it the whole night and the morning after and now my legs are still hurting (2 nights later). I gotta switch back to sneakers and skinny jeans for a while cuz of you. If you weren’t on sale for $ 40, I would sue.

I think that’s the prerequisite for applying to this Nine West store.
Two gals in the store, one of them is too busy shopping for herself to help, and the other one is too busy talking on the phone.
Go to Nordstrom, you’ll have at least 3 people helping you…

i haven’t shopped at nine west for over 4 years, ever since a salesperson was rude to me. today wasn’t any different…
i decided to let the past be the past and bought a pair of shoes a little over a month ago, and i just realized a few days ago that i don’t really like it after all — especially after the nordstrom half yearly sale, so i decided to bring it back.
i gave the shoe and receipt to the lady (named tameeka), and after looking at my receipt, she was like…“i can only give you a store credit”, and i responded, «oh how come?» at which time she held up the receipt in my face and said in a bitchy tone of voice, «because it’s OVER 30 days and it says HERE see on the receipt, it is store policy». WTF??? OH NO YOU DIDN’T — without hesitation i was compelled to respond, «well, you don’t have to give me an attitude» and she had the nerve to snap back, «maybe it has to do with the way you asked it?» (this was when if i could i would have given her what chris leben gave terry martin in one of the ufc rounds) so i asked her, «so…that’s how you talk to your customers?» and she didn’t respond at first so i decided to ask her again, but louder so everyone in the store could hear «WOW…IS THAT HOW YOU TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!» i musta been fierce b/​c she sort of apologized, but you could tell it wasn’t sincere. how could i have asked it better i asked myself and the conclusion was i would not have asked it any other way; i was nice and courteous, i can’t help it if you’re a bitch. clearly, that woman’s got a stick up her bootie, or perhaps she was lashing out at me because her boyfriend/​husband wouldn’t touch her even with a ten feet pole.
i plan to phone the manager to share this wonderful experience, and with the intention of getting a full refund despite the store policy because i refuse to patronize establishments such as this one. isn’t it our business that keeps their business flourishing? what a DUMBass. and trust me woman, i will get my full refund because I’M A GODDAM PROFESSIONAL SHOPAHOLIC who knows what she wants and knows how to get it so please bite me :)

wow i’ve never used WTF, ass, dumbass and bitch all in one review before. i guess there’s always a first for everything! if my mom knew, she would want to wash my mouth with extra foaming antibacterial soap!!!
