Wow! Such a great atmosphere and such talented barbers. Went to another barbershop this morning and left disappointed so we found this place on Unilocal.I must say«WOW»! They took extra care of my husband and my 2 boys. It didn’t take that much time to get a spot either. This is our new spot and we will definitely be going back on a regular basis. Thanks Rico, T & Dax for takin care of my boys

See what Kirt said. There was a miscommunication so he had to do the job twice. In the end I got charged $ 20 for something a friend could do with his own razor set up. No scissors cut at all, so there’s no versatility to this shop. I got lazy and went here because it was nearby. Not making the same mistake. To be fair, if you’re looking for a close crop haircut, he does a decent job. It’s just that the place is sketchy and $ 20 gets me a half decent cheap salon cut.

This barber shop is one of a kind. Its difficult to look away from the exstravagent art they have inside. The black and orange makes me feel like a frisco giant a soon as you step in. I was greeted in an instant with a nice smile and a complement on my outfit. My feelings about this dope barber shop is the location. The neighborhood is a great community and lota of places to eat all around. Besides its location their hair cuts are proffesional and on point. The razor fade I got from the cool barber was names Lawerence. He did an awsome job on me that day made me feel a milliom bucks. And my friend who came along with ended up getting a cut also but with the other barber Armon. This place is a 5 star barber shop.

its been years since i would take a regular trip to the barbershop. But this place makes me want to spend the extra $$ to look extra clean. Growing up i went to Bills Barbershop on 24th(between Bryant and Alabama) This place gave me that same homey feel. when you walk in, i felt welcomed by its GIANTS colors and the beautiful art on the walls. I got my cut by Lawrence. Very cool dude, funny and really cool to talk to. He took the time to see what kind of cut i needed, and even suggested a few things. Give this spot a try. Good people, clean cut!

I’ve been getting my haircut here by Arman for the past 3 years. My cuts are always great and he even cuts my 2 year old sons hair. Atomosphere is always super friendly and they love repeat customers. Most of the barbers are always willing to work with your schedule if you can’t come in during normal business hours. Good classic barbershop!

I’ve seen first-hand what these guys can do, Ant in particular, who does a great job on all his clients and takes his time to give you exactly what you came and paid for. Although they accept walk-in’s, they do book up fast, so I suggest you schedule an appointment. If that’s too much of an inconvenience for you, then take your money elsewhere so they can spend a good 15 minutes doing a half-a** job. Off Tops has a lot of faithful regulars, so that alone should speak for itself. So for those special occasions or nights out when you HAVE to come out lookin’ like a million bucks, take what you were supposed to spend at SuperCuts, add a few extra bucks, and get the kind of cut that the ladies will notice; and believe me, we notice!

I don’t believe that one encounter with a barber is enough to give them a totally positive or totally negative review, so Off Tops gets the non-committal 3 star stamp of approval. When I arrived the door was locked(during business hours) and one of the barbers was playing Xbox. He gave me the cutthroat pantomime gesture to indicate that either they were done for the day or he was gonna kill me, I couldn’t tell which. I reluctantly tapped on the class as scenes from Sweeney Todd flashed across my mind’s eye. «Sup bleed, I’m going to a music video shoot in LA tomorrow and I just need a quick shape-up so I look fresh, feel me. Yall workin or what?» «We’re booked for the day, that’s why the door’s locked… but lemme see if Gio got time» He escorted me into a backroom(painted Giants orange, of course) where Gio invited me to take a seat. Gio smiles with his eyes, but never his mouth, as far as I can tell. «Line up? We got time. Let’s go» Gio was friendly, professional, and asked lots of questions about exactly how I wanted my line-up done. He did an excellent job and, even though $ 7 is about $ 2 more than what I was used to paying for a line-up, he used clippers and a straight razor, taking his time to do it right. I was thoroughly satisfied. Overall I would say the biggest weakness of Off Tops is that it looks like they’ve only got a few chairs, which means I can imagine it being hard to get in. A big strength, though, is that they take appointments, which a lot of shops I’ve been to don’t do. And they’ve got hella tvs and Xboxes. Look out for an update in the near future!
