This is my go to place. Yvonne is so wonderful, helpful, honest, and will help you when it comes to your budget. My fiancé got my ring from here and it’s just perfect. It’s like he told Yvonne my style and she nailed it. The store is very clean and the quality of their jewelry is impeccable. They have many choices in designs as well and I was able to find my future husband’s ring here no problem. I highly recommend this place– especially if you want to find something unique and at an affordable price.

Yvonne at Pacific Orient is amazing. She’s so personal and helpful that it’s definitely what you want when you’re buying jewelry. My advice, do your research online first and then check out some of the chain jewelers that are out there. Get an idea of what you want and how the pricing works, then call Yvonne at Pacific Orient Imports! Trust me, you will be blown away with the quality and service you receive.
I live about 3 and a half hours from the city, but have absolutely zero regrets about making the drive to shop at Pacific Orient Imports. When calling to set up an appointment with Yvonne, she gathered the information for what I was looking for in terms of an engagement ring. The next day I came in and she had an amazing selection for me to choose from. Yvonne was able to create a custom ring that is absolutely gorgeous. As an added bonus, the ring was completed more than a week ahead of the expected date!
The woman who is now my fiancé was blown away when she saw the ring. All of her friends have commented what a beautiful ring she has.
As other people have mentioned, Pacific Orient Imports is very low pressure environment and have helpful, knowledgeable staff to assist you. I went into at least 6 or 7 other shops and at each one of the others I felt like their staff was trying to take advantage of me or hide certain critical details about their ring. The «chain» stores often dodged my questions when I was asking about specific aspects of their rings/​diamonds.
The exact opposite happened when I came to Pacific Orient Imports. My experience was amazing. Many thanks Yvonne, you are the best! Any of my friends or family that are looking for any type of jewelry item, I’m recommending they try Pacific Orient Imports.

WORST PLACE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY EVER!!! STAY AWAY!!! My friend wanted a Rolex, so knowing people, I called around getting prices, and my friend decided to order here because it was convenient (another person was making a purchase as well). Having purchased 2 Rolexs myself, I know what to expect when you spend that kind of money.
We dealt with Paul Panchasarp, who is a total sleaze-​bag. After being 1 week late (2 Weeks for the watch to come in) on the order, he claims the watch was hard to get, while other dealers that I talked to said they could have the watch in under a week, at the SAME PRICE might I add.
After arriving, we inspect the goods, I noticed that the Owners card had my friend’s name MIS-​SPELLED. Don’t know about you, but that’s a big deal, especially when purchasing a Rolex. Paul brushed it off and tried to make it seem like nothing rather than just ordering a new owners card. I made a few comments and pointed out these things, Paul got irritated as he felt I was messing with his sale, so he says, and I quote EXACTLY, «I’m not really making any money off of you. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to buy it. A few hundred dollars, this is not worth it to me.» And walked away. My friend wasn’t paying attention so he didn’t hear it, and if it wasn’t his wife’s birthday tomorrow, we would’ve definitely walked. Not only that, but I knew more about the watch than he did.
So really? In today’s luxury market, making a few hundred dollars «not worth it»?! I can find 10+ other dealers willing to take the profit. Next, we asked them to adjust the band. He obviously isn’t a true Rolex dealer, so he didn’t have the tools. Instead of sending it across the way, he goes cheap and sends it to a regular jeweler downstairs who didn’t have the proper tools either. End result, a damaged screw, 3 links taken off ONE side, compared to the 2 on one and 1 on the other so you can actually wear the watch properly… All in all, VERY poor experience for some half-​ass jewelers. I can get better customer service at a McDonalds. No thank you Pacific Orient Imports.
To summarize; Bad customer service. Not a luxury jewelery dealer. Crook. Your profit is not sufficient to him unless you don’t get the deals that others are getting. Condescending attitudes. and ZERO knowledge about the product they are selling. STAY AWAY! I’ll spend my $ 7000 – 10 000+ elsewhere thank you very much.
