They used to be ok because their prices were reasonable -$ 20. Now $ 30 flat fee now matter if you’re there 1 hour or all day although their signs leading you to the garage still say $ 20 as does the sign at the pay booth in the garage. When I questioned the guy he said that their sign at the entrance of the garage says $ 30 so «it’s legal.» False advertising much? You call it legal, I call it deceptive marketing. In my line of work I can be disciplined for that. Terrible customer service. Not using this garage again.

I always park here when I choose to drive into work instead of taking public transportation. Even when they’re super busy, the attendants here are always friendly and quick to take care of my car. I generally don’t leave anything of value in my car, but the few times that I’ve left cash or other things in the car, I’ve always come back with everything still in my car.
They have a $ 30 flat rate early bird special (in before 8:30am) during the weekdays, but if you’re here less than 12 hours, it’s only $ 24 (compared to $ 35 – 40 everywhere else along Market Street). I usually give them a call about 15 minutes before I need my car, and it’s always ready for me when I get there.
They are a valet parking lot, so yes, you will need to leave your key. The signs are posted everywhere, and the attendants will ask you to make sure that your key is still in the car.

Violated is the best feeling I can use to describe my experience. I have used this parking garage in the past with zero problems. I have left my laptop and ipad and came back with them there. I am confused why something so petty as 50.00 would come up missing. It’s not the amount or the value but the principle. Their policy is to leave your keys and I understand that but we should also be able to leave our things in the car without something disappearing. When I called to talk to a manager his response was «you shouldn’t leave anything of value in your vehicle.»

I have used this lot frequently for the past year and have always received excellent customer service. The attendants take great care of my car and are personable, reliable, quick and efficient. This place is a definite recommendation. They always make room for you.

Be careful about this garage. I parked there last week and forgot to leave my key. Mind you the attendant that gave me my parking ticket didn’t ask me to leave a key. I realized after about 30 minutes that I did not leave a key and came back to give them one. They insisted that they had to charge me $ 57 because I did not leave a key. They attached a boot to my car so I won’t be able to move it. I asked to talk to a manager and waited for one to come talk to me but a manager never came. I finally had to pay so that I can leave. I would never park in a place that treats customers in this way.
