Partners In Communication

As an independent contractor, Partners is a great agency to work with. Invoicing is super easy and almost every team I’ve had has been awesome. Most everything is done online. Payments are received in less than 30 days if you have direct deposit. Offering direct deposit is rare for an agency, but super convenient. All interpreters are nationally certified and vetted (not every agency does this). The schedulers are super nice and helpful. Although they are not local, they have a sense of the geography and how long it will take to get from San Francisco to San Jose at 5 pm on a Friday evening. From a customer’s standpoint, you will get the most qualified, professional interpreter. From an interpreter’s standpoint, you will get an easy system from an agency that pays on time and provides support. The only drawback from the interpreter’s standpoint is that the online scheduling system does not have a mobile version.

I still hold all of my previous comments to be true and valid. The staff is more than willing to work with consumers and interpreters to make everyone’s experience a successful one.

Lack of interpreters and not able to fill out the entire conference at Dreamforce here in San Francisco! They need to improve their service and hire more interpreters!
