San Francisco is my speed. Yoga is my valium. Passport to Prana is my mood stabilizer. I signed up in the hopes that it would motivate me to try a few more yoga studios(and styles) and do a *better* job of exporing this beautiful city than I have thus far. And I love it. For a mere $ 30, I get to try one class at each of 30 different studios in the city(regardless of whether or not I’ve already visited that studio before) between now and November 31st. Plus, if I’m so inclined, I can hop over to the East/North Bay or Peninsula and check out a few more. It was easy to purchase(online), mailed to me within a week, simple to activate and convenient to use. I show up at a studio, flash my card and I’m good to go. Love that there are 4 bikram studios in SF participating, and can’t wait to try all those crazy«power flow» classes that the cool kids talk about. I figure that, even if I only make it to 5 – 6 studios, I’m still netting out at $ 5 or $ 6 per class. Namaste.

Passport to Prana( ) is one of the coolest things to happen to yoga since, well, yoga, at least here in the good ol’ USA anyway. It’s like yoga studio speed-dating. You buy the card for $ 30.00, and then you can go around the entire Bay Area checking out the different yoga studios and get a glimpse of how they operate and how they teach. Truth is, there are as many«styles» as there are people. And to many, yoga reaches beyond the obvious; it’s not just an exercise program. There’s more to it than that. But the interpretation of the«more to it» is highly subjective, and it really takes some seeking to find the right fit. These people are sharp. The program is brilliant. It benefits prospective students, it benefits our city’s numerous studios, and it really gives all of us teachers a great opportunity to present what comes from our hearts. I signed our studio up as soon as I learned about it. The people are great to work with, set up is quick and easy, and the day after our ad went online, I had two new students show up for my 10:00 am Flow class. Love it!!! It’s win-win-win for everyone. Om Shanti! Clint
