Exceptional service. Pat and his colleague Mila Gelman led me me on the intricacies of SF-​property purchase. They showed me a variety of homes that met some or all of my criteria; in so doing, they educated me on what my budget would allow me to purchase in my desired areas. After taking me to see several homes, Pat and Mila showed me a great apartment in my dream neighborhood. They did a great job in dealing with the seller’s broker (who told me during the open house that Pat and Mila were fantastic brokers and great to work with). She was right. I wanted to see the home several times, have inspections performed, etc. Pat was able to get the sellers to agree to my requests. Moreover, throughout the process, Pat clearly had my back, explaining to me the pros and cons of any decision I had to make. He described to me what sort of work the condo may need, recommending people to perform the jobs for reasonable rates. Mila arranged a very last-​minute drain inspection hours before the contingency deadline, handling it herself. That was remarkable! Paperwork was a breeze. Pat and Mila were on top of things, texting or calling me in a timely fashion. I got a lovely place thanks to Pat and Mila in record time. I recommend them without any reservations. For any other real estate business I may have, they will be my brokers – no question.
