I’ve never reviewed a small business before. These guys are rude, unhelpful, unclear in their communication and frankly shouldn’t be in business. I was hired to pickup a simple item, but they didn’t know who the client was, didn’t have will call, and were confused. No problem, I called my client to clarify. My client called them back and when I returned just 10 minutes later they still had no idea who I was or what the item was. So I wrote it all down clearly and in large print. But still no luck. They just kept repeating that I needed to know who the sales rep was and when we figured that out, he still had no knowledge. They just kept barking in to the phone at the client and to me and speaking Chinese to each other. DON’T FREQUENT THIS BUSINESS unless you want to be abused and looked down upon.

I’ve been looking for a hanging light fixture, with a ceramic socket. I figured the best place to find one would be in one of San Francisco’s electrical supply stores with a lamp showroom. There might be prettier and larger ones, but this is where I found the light.
I was so overwhelmed by the salesperson’s help, I didn’t get his name, but I believe it is Ricardo. He explained that he was selling it at cost because it is discontinued and the last one. He asked me if it was going to be an electrician install or DIY. When I replied DIY, he not only explained various methods but gave me kits for the method I would ultimately select, Also, since I asked for more chain than he stocks, he gave me a card for a shop down the street. As we were settling the bill he took another $ 10 off. Parking is great, and they are inside Safeco Electric Supply.

Sang is an excellent person to work with. He has been helping my architecture office for over 3 years at getting quick quotes and placing large orders for our remodels. I love working with a no fuss and knowledgeable salesperson.

My husband and I dont know much about recessed lights, but Sang was extremely patient and helpful. I’m not sure if they offer the best pricing since we’re no experts, but prices seem reasonable. They have a large selection and you are free to switch the lights on and off as long as you want to make your decision. Overall, we enjoyed our experience very much!

We bought about 14 recess lights for our remodeling job. Prices I believe are good, but to be honest didn’t do much research on the pricing, but we were recommended to this place by our electrician, Chris Choy. The manager was extremely easy to talk to & wasn’t pushy on trying to sell us stuff. We also got 2 gorgeous pendants from them. Looking forward to seeing how it looks in the kitchen.
OH get your referrel from your electrician so that you can get discounted prices!
