Needed some high-​tech instrument to pinpoint a water leak problem inside a wall in a non invasive fashion. Determined that infrared imaging was the way to go. Used several resources to find out who could do that for me. Prices were prohibitive, plus they made it seem like it was like performing brain surgery. So instead, I started looking around for rental equipment, and found this great company. Their prices were competitive, and the cameras excellent (they have automatic settings, or you can tweak all possible parameters, plus they can be interfaced with a PC for off-​line image processing – fancy stuff). I went for it, and I was finally able to isolate the problem to a specific area. What I liked about this place is that they not only have the hardware (to buy or rent) but also the knowledge and willingness to help someone like me getting started – overall, great customer service. You can tell that the sales manager is well trained and experienced in the thermal imaging area, and that gave me a lot of comfort in knowing that I was renting the right machine for the right application – he knew what I needed.
Bottom line, great instruments and super customer service + user training. In the future I will certainly rent or buy from them again.

I needed to rent a thermal camera to image in-​floor hydronic heating elements in my home. I was happy to find Pembroke instruments was able to supply a practically new camera at a very reasonable price. I dealt with Les Tack, Director of Sales who was extremely knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He made the process easy. If you are in need of a thermal camera, I would recommend them highly.
