I was truly taken away with Lily and her amazing artistic skills. One has to be careful to select a highly skilled and experienced tattoo artist as it will be FOREVER! Lily made the perfect shape, color and fade for my eyebrows. I highly recommend her services as I could not have been more pleased with her professional talents. Third timid for me with LILY LE As anyone with perm makupe can tell you it needs a touch up. I went to permanent tattoo by lilly le after so many of my friends got theres done by her and refered me to her, they raged so much after of how awsome she is. I called and booked an appointment and let me just say she is a very busy lady very booked up. so if u want an appointment you have to book ASAP. I told her what I wanted that I wanted my eyeliner and eyebrows tattoed. I even drew my eye brows in for her, she wiped it off and it scared me and she said dont wory I have been doing this for over 30 years, Trust me. after hearing and seeing my friends eyebrows from her I said ok lets do this, she started tattooing and it looks good super natural and it didnt look fake like ink on my eyes and brows, from that moment on I have only went to her. she does travel to different places to do her permanent tattooing and so you have to book her ASAP and hope for an open spot I will also post a pic of my tattoo for u:) ur awesome lily I will be calling u soon for my lips. o BTW IT DOESNT HURT AT ALL
