The customer service at this shop is beyond outstanding.
Last weekend, I was in Photograph & Frame looking for 2 mattes and the saleswoman was more than helpful getting me exactly what I needed and out the door $ 20 later. Upon returning home, I realized that I had requested the wrong size matte and needed to swap them out. I called the woman at the store and she said the size I needed was custom, but if I came back in 15 minutes and brought my photos and frames, she would have custom mattes cut and ready for me and would be happy to help me install them.
When I returned, not only did she have my custom mattes cut and ready, had used a better matte grade, had custom cut foam board so my mattes would stay in place and proceeded to give me a full lesson on the proper way to matte and frame artwork using the pieces I had brought in.
AND, after custom cutting mattes and foam boards, framing both of pieces and giving me a full tutorial, she only requested $ 5 additional dollars per piece. WHAT amazing service!
I only wish I had her name so I could give her the proper shoutout she deserves!

I’ve had several items framed here and the quality, price and service is outstanding. Britlyn and Kelly have been super helpful. They also do a thorough job in finding the right materials while also not trying to upsell. I now call Britlyn my «spirit animal picture framer.» Thank you!
