This review has nothing to do with Dr. Pont, as I was never able to see him. I selected Dr. Pont as my primary care physician through the Cigna website then followed up by calling his office to schedule an appointment. I left several messages and was never contacted by the office and when I finally got in touch with someone at the front desk, she responded that he wasn’t taking new patients. She offered no help or explanation for not being contacted back. Very poor communication and service.
… Glad it wasn’t serious.

Dr. Pont has elite intelligence combined with out of the box thinking (which is most valuable when diagnosing complex issues). We saw him for a second opinion and he was miles above the first Endo we met with (who was a linear thinker and incapable of solving an issue that was not readily described in medical text books).
Secondarily, he has great bedside and fantastic sense of humor.

Nicest Doctor ever. He’s often running late and is only working limited hours — but when you are in front of him he is AMAZING.
