I’ve had a very smooth move-​in experience with Prime Metropolis Properties in San Francisco. I’ve visited the apartment once to view and one before move-​in to do an inspection — everything worked like a charm. The agent Henry Low had crystal clear communication style, set the right expectations and timing properly, replied to my e-​mails same day and all document processing communication happened fast, online. The agent was very professional, caring and helping me to put all information, including working with pdfs, images, etc — very skilled. He ensured the locks work exactly as I want. Also he communicated several contractor companies to fix everything that I wanted after I signed the lease and before my move-​in. All responses to my requests have been addressed by Henry same day.
