Priority Parking

They actually don’t deserve a star. Everthing you read about Priority Parking is true. They are very unresponsive to refunds or any requests. I sent in a claim for a refund a month ago, and still waiting for it. The receptionist doesn’t even know what she’s doing. All you get is voice mail after voice mail. They don’t even repond to email. I actually got through once. After giving the girl all my information by email and fax, she said it would take weeks for a refund check… that’s AFTER everything I just submitted to her has been reviewed. Try not to use them at all. There are other places to park.

Priority parking is unresponsive to repeated requests for refunds for being overcharged. They hire rude employees who threaten customers by holding their cars ransom if you don’t pay them their overpriced rates.

These guys are total scam artist beware. They have an early bird special in San Francisco for 10 bucks. I parked my car at 7am. Went to get it at noon but they said they would charge me 36. Apparently u can’t pick your car up before 1pm once parked. Although it says it in the sign once the worker reshowed me it. Who would think u can’t pick your car up early. That just blew my mind. Talked to the manager and he said read the sign better next time. Terrible place don’t go here. (Priority Parking the company is not a good one!)

The best thing about this particular Priority Parking lot on Mission is the fabulous lot attendant, who is extremely sweet and cool, and the kind of person you are happy to start your work day seeing.
Unfortunately, said fabulous employee is only in the lot until 2 PM, so all bets are off after that as to the safety of your car. I discovered this the hard way one day not so long ago when, at the end of the work day, I discovered that my car had been broken into, with the driver’s side window completely smashed in.
Priority Parking has a claims division, however, the extension for claims always goes straight to voicemail, and the guy apparently in charge doesn’t answer/​return calls. I wasn’t overly hopeful about them coughing up some money for my window, but why bother with the pretense of a claims division if you clearly have no intention of dealing with them?
The lot next door is the same price for daily parking, significantly less for monthly parking, and has attendants there at least until 6. If you’re in the neighborhood and need to park, save yourself some money and hassle and go there instead of Priority.
