I tried them for the first time at Outside lands. One star for how nice everyone is. A Second star for how quick the service is. A third star for how clean their booth is.(Which is saying a lot at a 75k+ person festival) I enjoyed my chicken tikka bowl but was left feeling a little underwhelmed. Im indian so maybe my expectations are just a little too high. I found that it lacked a kick of spice. I also got the Mango Lassi and felt that it was more watery then the usual yogurt thick deliciousness. This however might just be because they had to make such a mass quantity to serve at the festival.

I really like their spinach curry! We tried 4 different curries, and that was definitely my favorite. The garbanzo bean one was not that great. The prices are a tad high, but not crazy considering you are in SF.

Food stand at outsidelands. Chicken tikka masala wrap — 3⁄5 Naan — 2⁄5 — Amazing bit too thick for my liking. Overall, «I’ve experienced better.»

I honestly have to say the chicken tikka was the worst I have ever had. It tasted like it was using a Campbell’s cream of chicken soup base. I also had the mango lassi. Mango lassi is supposed to be puréed mango and yogurt. This was mango and milk. The mango flavor was also not very strong. It was essentially mango flavored milk.

The chicken tikka masala wrap was awesome. What really set this apart was the naan wrap. Usually when places have pita wraps they’re dry and taste like plain flour but their naan wrap was moist and tasty!
