I have to say, this Regus center and its associates helped me bag one of the biggest deals I have had for my business. The staff was so ready, willing and prepared to do the job that my assistant was unable to perform. In addition, the impeccable facilities added the perfect touch to create an air of professionalism. My client was convinced that I had opened an office up here, even though my headquarters are in Los Angeles, because of their professionalism. I had a at 4:30PM meeting at their center to pitch a new client. While moving all of our equipment and important paperwork, our assistant fell ill… on the other side of the bay. With a couple of hours to go, I needed all the help I could get: bound copies of all the documents, the catering, a projector and someone who knew how to operate all of this equipment… And Regus had all of that. While stuck in traffic I was directing the staff to get things done and it was as if they had been working for our own company for years. By the time I got to the 555 California location, the projector was set up by their IT guy, the prospectus was copied, bound and arranged in our conference room and a table with the catered dinner was ready to go. They even met and greeted each client with their full name… and even got them tea and hot cocoa. Needless to say, the cost of these services was a tiny, tiny fraction compared to the end result of the meeting. But between the short notice, the absolute professionalism, corporate environment, and the seamless transition from my staff to theirs, I wanted to note how these guys came in the clutch. They were the Derek Fisher to my company’s Kobe Bryant… or whatever Warriors fans call their famous duo.

After relocating back to the West and having to frequently travel to the SF location, I must say that Regus is superior in their service and office space. The only place I can compare it to is WeWork, which we also used in the Los Angeles location, and although it’s also great, Regus is definitely more professional and has more of a corporate environment. I also really liked how the front staff answered phone calls/transferred them over, so we didn’t have to worry about that part. As a perso who travels frequently, it was also great to use the business centers inside hotels so I could print out important documents and use their WiFi. Also, you can’t beat the area. It’s very convenient to the BART, banks, shopping, eating, and most importantly, happy hour!
