We hired Guillermo and his team to clean our office of 60 people in San Francisco on a weekly basis. They go above and beyond everyday, and even have fun while doing so! :)
From day one, people noticed there was a difference. The floors were vacuumed, everything well stocked, and all of the little details taken care of.
Guillermo is always on top of communication and his professionalism is apparent. I highly recommend him and his team for daily cleaning and one-​off jobs.

I phoned them to have some grout work done. They said they could come out and give me an estimate the same afternoon. Later in the day, they called and they said they had an «emergency» and was the following day between 11am and noon ok? I agreed. At 2pm I phoned again and the person I spoke with said he was running late because the job took longer than he thought and he would call me shortly. I never heard back from them.
Apparently they have more important people to take care of than someone like myself.

* Bad quality job. I was charged for «construction» cleaning– $ 200, which included
ceiling and walls wipe-​out. NOTHING was touched. Bathrooms tile and floor
were also not cleaned. Windows, which were brand new, and cleaned by Guillermo himself had water trails. Had them come TWO times back to clean what I pointed-​out.
* As another customer mentioned, hardly «light» cleaning“
The owner promised «mountains of gold», but simply cant /​willing to do a good job.
Do not use this service if you expect a good quality job.
* I have no idea how he still have customers.

My wife and I use Reyes cleaning weekly on our city home and we couldn’t be happier! We never need to say a thing as they do it all without asking, they pay great attention to detail, they are friendly and very considerate. It is so nice to be able to count on our place always being clean and tidy just the way we like it! We would highly recommend Reyes cleaning to anyone in need of a trustworthy cleaning service!

Very dissatisfied… deep cleaning for $ 160 and got home bathroom was still dusty and not clean… n they didn’t not clean whole house… to focus only on bathroom n kitchen but still dirty to the look… bath tub and tiles still has mildew stains… door know still greasy… corners st… and kitchen… pix for deep cleaning. we received just like a light house keeping… never again… sadly Guillermo was really nice but why do u want to deal calling them after their work n complain… was really frustrated! N have to clean after them… long story short… not worth paying for cleaners and expect to come home to a clean house but yet you still feel like you didn’t have the cleaners there!!! :0((

Totally happy with Guillermo and his team!
The house always looks great after they come, and Guillermo asks for feedback (he actually asks specifically for complaints!) every single time they visit. They are almost always on time, and are great about communicating if they have a schedule
change. We’ve got weird little quirks about our stuff /​house, and they totally accommodate us, really a great group!
