Rick Snyder Life Coaching

I reviewed Rick before with five stars. A year has passed since then and I continued to be impressed with his intelligence and compassion, as well as the presence and care he takes into his work as a coach. His work with me continues to serve me well.

Rick has been a savior to my inner-​self, to my soul for over the past year. He is kind, understanding, and listens well. I get the feeling he really cares about his patients as well.
About a year ago my life was, well, it was not where I wanted it to be. I chose to change it instead of something more drastic. I suffer from deep depression, narcissism, and so many pent up feelings from childhood – to present day – my soul could have burst. It use to be almost impossible for me to cry, ‘The Color Purple’ and a few other films would do the trick, but I was so in shame of crying I could not do it without help, i.e. «The Color Purple».
Rick showed me how to cry, helped remove the shame. He helped me get in touch with my mind’s way of operating – I could work with the barriers in my soul – I was able to feel things and slowly get them out of my congested body. I still have issues we are working on to this day, but he truly is a god send in helping me improve my self and my way of life. I feel so lucky I found him. I am a better person because of Rick.

I have had two coaching sessions with Rick at the time of writing this review and I have found him to be outstanding. His experience shows as he gets right to business working and helping you solve your issues and anything blocking your happiness and success.
He is a smart, kind and compassionate professional and human being.

I recently did some work with Rick and found him to be very present and authentic. He was very helpful at getting to the root of the issue and helping me move through it. It only took a few sessions to really change my perspective and see the results. I would recommend Rick to anyone who feels stuck in their life or business.

I see Rick 2X a month. Sometimes I’m not in the mood to talk about my myself but I after the appointment is finished I’m happy I did. Rick helps you find what is important to you and holds you to keeping promises to yourself. If you’re looking for results and a new perspective on life then you need to stop talking and start walking to Rick Snyder.

Rick Snyder is a beautiful presence. As a woman I find him compassionate and skillful in meeting my issues respectfully. The safety he creates for me to open to deeper and more vulnerable levels of my concerns is extraordinary. Once engaged with my challenges he serves as a guide, leading me into new possibilities to resolve what I have been unable to resolve on my own.
