This review is specifically for Attorney Scott Ross in their Palo Alto office. It has been the absolutely worst experience with any professional we have ever had or worked with.
We had hired Scott the help us with some estate planning work as he came highly recommended. Unfortunately, his professionalism and work ethics (at least in our case) leaves a lot to be desired. We had requested some paperwork in October 2015. Inspite of multiple emails (over five) and voicemails (over four) we still haven’t received any updates from him. We have even talked with his Executive Assistant and been promised a response by end of the day but nothing happens.
Given this highly unprofessional behavior, we would strongly recommend against him and Rimon Law. Unlike most other businesses, Rimon Law doesn’t give you any way to even escalate such situations.

I was looking for a lawyer that specializes in business law since I needed to have a NDA and advice on some business matters.
Michael Moradzadeh was recommended to me by my immigration lawyer Hilla Nativ. He was amazing! He explained things about Delaware Corporation that I didn’t know anything about. He also helped me with the NDA I needed. His response time is great, I send him an email and I get a reply very quickly. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. The amount of knowledge he had was amazing. He answered all my questions, and even suggested some things I didn’t even know I need to ask… which is great since I didn’t know!!! :)
If you need a business lawyer — Michael Moradzadeh should be your choice! I highly recommend him!!!
