How can I possibly summarize what a pleasure it was to work with Robert? Two years ago, he helped me get my very own teeny slice of San Francisco. Robert is the Best Real-​Estate agent ever that made my dream become true!
I have been looking for a property in SF for couple of months with no luck. Urged by time, I decided to contact Robert (we used to play tennis together and I knew he was a real estate agent). I contacted him on Sunday and we setup an appointment for Monday, I explained him my expectations and he persuaded me to check on a property that I wasn’t excited by seeing. By late afternoon we visited the property and as we were progressing in the visit, I was more and more excited. Once got on the roof deck, I was convinced: this was my dream place. Deal!!! The day after we were doing an offer and the next day, after a tough negotiation (Robert works for you here!) we got what we wanted and the offer was accepted. On Friday we were working on the mortgage which was a real adventure full of obstacles. Robert provided a continuous support all along the process and pushed as much as possible on different parties involved. Cherry on the cake: Robert paid for my move, the handyman for fixing the wall scratches form the move, the first time cleaning of the house after the move and went negotiating with me dryer/​washer price at Lowes!
