Root Division is an amazing organization with resources for everyone interested in the arts. They have a gorgeous new space where they offer subsidized studio spaces for artists, incredible events (TASTE and AUCTION are so much fun — you have to check these out), and monthly exhibitions. The staff is incredible and the artists are world class. A must-​visit for arts lovers!

Hooray for finding a great place for adult art classes! I am taking Drawing 101 with Rachelle. I love that the class goes into drawing basics and examples of professional artists using similar techniques, while still having plenty of time for us to draw. I have already signed up for the water based media class!
There are also some amazing artists on display, and Root Division puts on a lot of art-​related events.
