Amy demonstrates daily that she is always striving towards health. Her knowledge of nutrition is solid and her practice is in her kitchen every day. Which make her a great guide in these times,. I know I can feel like I need a degree just to decipher the package on my food. Her roots are deep in the healing arts of yoga and her massage will have you levitating off the table! i would highly recommend Amy for any help with my nutrition and healthy living. As an very active athlete i depend on the good advice that Amy provides for my diet. She is very experienced the healing properties of food which are so important to someone like me who is constantly needing to treat conditions such as inflammation of joints and muscles. Normally I’m not a big health nut, but my fiancé encouraged me to talk to Amy about my allergies and how my diet & lifestyle might be playing a role. I’m so glad I did because she helped me identify ways I could work around them by incorporating more whole foods into my diet and identifying the root causes. I’m happy to say that I feel much more healthy, I have more energy, and my allergies are so much less severe I can’t believe I didn’t talk to someone about it sooner.
