Do not be fooled by the other two reviews. I moved in a month ago and could not be any happier. While the building might be classified as an SRO, it is most definitely not run that way. I paid $ 30 for a background check and I did sign a lease. In return, I am now comfortably living in a darling studio… remodeled from top to bottom. NEW EVERYTHING! Fully furnished, I sleep in a cute loft bed with a desk underneath. Utilities and Internet are included… all for $ 950. Yes, sharing a bathroom might be an inconvenience but, FRANCES keeps them spotless… the bathrooms are fully remodeled too! Also, I have never had to wait for one.
AND…the neighborhood is amazing!

Please note the other ONLY reviewer was done by a «Mike S.» that has only UNO review of his er… own establishment. Yeah dude I remember a guy named Mike working here when I moved in to your piece of dog feces hell hole. Wow aren’t you a genius or what?
