Saba was so detailed oriented and knowledgable that fully convinced us in our first appointment. Her enthusiasm and patience explaining all details are remarkable and very useful for us that had no previous experience with real state business here in California.
In a few months and thanks to Saba we managed to buy our home.

We had a fabulous experience researching and buying our new home with Saba’s help. In a nutshell, if not for having the privilege of Saba’s expertise, professionalism, knowledge, patience and responsiveness, we would have still been renting a small 1-​bedroom apartment right now!
Saba is one of the smartest people I’ve ever dealt with. During negotiation process, when multiple counter offers were sent out to competing offers, she accurately predicted the other parties’ next move and played strategically to make sure our offer becomes the winning bid! Saba was our buyers agent when purchasing our first home, and I have to say, she is truly wonderful! She is highly detail oriented, upfront, responsive, and efficient. It is really hard to express how grateful we are for having been connected with Saba. We were referred to her by a close friend, and after watching her outstanding neighborhood videos on YouTube, we were sure that we wanted to work with her, and of course we were never disappointed! The first time we met her at her office, she proved to us that she is the most tech savvy and well-​organized realtor ever. She went out of her way to educate us on the San Francisco Real Estate market, and to show us several graphs about this fast-​paced market. I imagine that finding a great buyer’s agent as a first time home buyer can be a tough, arduous experience. Luckily, Saba happened to be one of the first we met and we instantly knew that she was going to be able to find the first home of our dreams!
We knew very little of the process of buying a home or what it all entailed and Saba took the time to describe — in detail — the entire process from start to end and what we should expect every step of the way. Within just a few days of initially meeting her, we found ourselves in back-​to-​back offer situations where the latter eventually became our home. She gave us honest feedback about our offers, how they would be perceived, and how we should delicately proceed in every instance. Being new to this process, we leaned on Saba at almost every hour of the day and she always made herself readily available from quick informational texts to long phone calls at all hours of the day and night. Every question and concern was addressed so quickly and with detailed reasons why.
If you need someone dedicated to help you navigate the ups and downs of the SF housing market and diligently work hard for you every step of the way, Saba is definitely the agent you want to work with. We met Saba at an open house when we just started looking for a condo. Looking back, it was the luckiest thing ever.
Right from the first day we met her, Saba worked extremely hard. She had a sit-​down meeting with us in order to understand our needs and had these needs in her mind throughout the buying process. We’ve had other experiences in the past where the agent tries to understand the client’s financials and pushes the budget higher OR tries to sell other properties. This was NOT the case with Saba. We felt that she only had our best interests in her heart and mind.
Since she understood our needs really well, she only showed us condos that met our needs. The general process was to look up listings online (Saba set us up for automatic emails) and once we short-​listed them, she would take us there. She also pointed out the most important and relevant things in the condos that we looked at and frequently they were things we hadn’t considered.
Once we narrowed down on a couple of units, Saba showed us how efficient she is with the paperwork. On many occasions she worked late night and off hours just to ensure that things were progressing smoothly. She also worked hard to get as many details about the condo as possible — things like deadlines to accept offers, seller’s expectations, competing offers etc. We felt she was always on top of things.
Throughout the process the qualities that really stood out for us was her honesty, commitment and hard-​work. She will be the first agent we call in all our future deals. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an agent!

A lot of people say buying a house in San Francisco is one of the most nerve-​racking experiences ever. Let me tell you: this was not the case with Saba. We were so lucky to have her represent us as our buyer’s agent for our first home. She was able to find that perfect home for us in a very short period. We started off with a Real Estate 101 course with her, and she taught us ins and outs of the SF market. Throughout the process, we always felt that she had our best interest in heart, and that’s why we believed in her from our first meeting. And of course, she delivered on her promise. Her knowledge of San Francisco Market and connections with other Zephyr agents were a HUGE value. When it came to writing an offer, she took the time to meet us in person, and address literally all our questions and concerns. She even explained the whole purchase contract to us line-​by-​line.
Saba is a hard-​working agent and a fierce negotiator. After presenting our offer to the sellers, she went back and forth with the listing agent and negotiated a deal for us that saved us several thousands of dollars. The great qualities that we love most about Saba are her patience in explaining the process as well as allowing us to be educated at our own pace. We never felt pressured into making any decisions and she always gave us guidance and the freedom to do what was best for us. She was very fast and responsive and always got back to us in less than an hour, regardless of when we contacted her. She is also incredible with number, and nailed every estimate that she made for sale prices, providing us with fantastic comp analysis.
We give her five stars all around, and will use her next time, and next time, and next time!

Saba is truly AMAZING! After 6 months of searching and interviewing a few agents, we met Saba in an open house. From our short conversation with her, we realized that she had a deep understanding of the market, not to mention her pleasing and approachable personality. My husband and I met with her in her office in Noe Valley the very next day, and were quite amazed by her extensive knowledge of San Francisco neighborhoods. She also recommended us to watch her neighborhood videos on YouTube, which were super informative. Honestly, what we learned about the process and the market in that two hours was worth 10 times more than what we had found out in past 6 months of searching and talking with other agents. Specifically, talking with Saba helped us narrow down our broad search criteria and realize what we were exactly looking for. Saba is a very data-​oriented agent who backs up everything with real data. Especially when finding comparable sold properties in the area, her predictions are very close to the actual sold prices.
