Sorry to say, this will be my last time with this CMT. He’s now working out of his bedroom having given up his business space. The table is almost inaccessible next to his sleigh bed. It was chilly and the table’s head rest dropped 3 times with my face in it making an awful noise and startling me very much. This table needs repair.
The massage was rushed and he failed to use adequate oil thus making my skin feel more like a friction burn than a massage. It became very uncomfortable. I found the space dirty and the music less than enjoyable. There was nothing in the bathroom with which to dry my hands and no soap.
Despite his overall friendly demeanor, he seemed pre-​occupied and detached. Any conversation seemed less than open and engaging. I’ll spend my $ 80 elsewhere in a more pleasant space engendering a more quality experience.

It has been almost 2 weeks that I have been living my life on crutches which has wrecked havoc on my shoulders and back. Sam began the session by discussing my concerns and problem areas which was refreshing. He did a wonderful job of focusing on the areas of most tension as well as continously confirming with me that the he was not being too hard. It was both a very relaxing and therapeutic experience. I will definitely be booking regular sessions …

Sam is fantastic! I have fibromyalgia and have been having quite a bit of trouble sleeping lately. I went and saw Sam yesterday, and had a good nights sleep last night for the first time in months. He is great at deep tissue, and has a knack for finding the hot spots that need attention. Definitely recommend him.

I can’t review the massage as he was a no show. I received a call upon arriving at the appointment on Sat, 5÷5÷12 from Sam saying that he overslept. We agreed to reschedule. My schedule got busy and requested a refund as I had prepaid via paypal. Today is Weds, 5÷30… 25 days later I received my refund after countless email. I received a refund only after filing a dispute and a claim against Sam.
Don’t know much about his massage skills but I do know that his business practices are shady at best.
Lesson: never prepay for a massage.

I have had the pleasure of receiving a few massages from Sam. I’m a big guy and not every therapist can hit the right spots, but Sam did. He’s strong where he needs to be, but gentle enough to help me relax. He truly has a healing touch.
