David and Krista are eloquent, passionate, and inspiring! What an incredible introduction to meditation. The class really motivated me to bring greater mindfulness into all the aspects of my life, and I have become a more peaceful and compassionate person as a result. My husband and I took the one-day retreat and it was a wonderful introduction to a variety of meditation methods. Krista and David are deeply knowledgeable and passionate about the subject and are great as teachers. I highly recommend this class!

I can’t recommend this class enough. In the midst of a lot of stressful changes + a high-pressure job, I was in search of regaining a sense of calm in my life. I’d been interested in meditation for some time, and suspected it might help me, but wasn’t sure where to start. This MBSR class was the perfect foray into mindfulness and meditation. Throughout the class I felt my stress decrease and my inner strength increase. I felt peaceful, healthy, and less shaken by the challenges of life. If you’re hoping to manage your stress better or reconnect with yourself, I encourage you to jump into this class!
