I found the features and datacenter to be sufficient for our needs. They accommodated our request for a large number of IP addresses. And for our hosting needs it was quite sufficient.
However, if you are considering ServePath beware of their 1 — year auto-​renew contract/​commitment lengths. We missed our 30-​day cancellation window and in order to cancel our dedicated server we had to buy out the rest of our contract. We are going to stick with Hosting and Service Providers that can provide the service on a month to month basis, or at least go to a month to month contract after the initial year contract has been completed. They definitely weren’t clear about this horrible renewal process during the sign-​up. And we were never notified of anything stating that our contract was automatically renewing.
I give two thumbs Down to ServePath, thanks to their poor customer relations.
I recommend taking your dedicated Server hosting business elsewhere.

I really dislike the attitude of this company. Our monthly bill nearly doubled after our 1 year service agreement had expired. They also refused to negotiate and their attitude was pay it or leave. And so we left and I would never recommend this company to anyone. It did seem like their strategy is to back the customer into a corner of inconvenience and see if they either give in to the over-​inflated pricing or move out.

Not Tier 4 certified either but more reliable than 365 Main. At least when there was a power outtage in SF, Coloserve did not power down (at least noticeable to our customers).
Offers free parking inside their building (2 at a time at most).
