Great trip with Willy and would recommend! Fair rates, right on time and great service. Would use these guys again!

I would 100% recommend Willy and his limo service after a recent trip with him to Napa with 10 of my friends. The limo itself was clean and well-​stocked, and the leopard print seats provided some unexpected fun to our early morning departure. It wasn’t traditional Napa, but our group was laid back and ready to have a fun day. Willy was always on time and very flexible in meeting our needs as plans changed leading up to and throughout the day. He even brought a whole box of wine back to my apartment after I had left it in the trunk. His prices were very competitive and the service was exceptional!

Simply the best! Great person and a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable about the SF area (including wine country), and the vehicle was comfortable and clean. Two thumbs up.

DANGEROUS UNINSURED DRIVERS !! If you want a legit and legal driver, this is not the service to use.
I was rear ended by one of «Willy Limos «drivers in the city. Long story short his driver was not insured. His driver called the owner to come to the scene because the driver told me that he did not have insurance paperwork in the car. When the owner arrived in his limo, he tried to smooth talk me and told me that his driver was not on his insurance. He kept trying to convince me to make a deal with him and I told repeatedly that I preferred to handle matters legally through the insurance company.
He went on to say that the license plate that I took down from the car was not «the real license plate» and that i would not get anything from the insurance to fix my car because I didn’t have the correct info. The fact is that his drivers don’t operate his vehicles legally with insurance. Furthermore, his driver caused the accident and rear ended me.
At the end of the day my vehicle can be fixed. However, I would be concerned for passengers like those little kids in the Unilocal pictures that may be in one of his cars with shady drivers and if they would be insured and protected if they were injured in an accident.
Ironically, when his driver angrily pulled back out he cut off anther car and almost hit another car.

Willy is by far the best driver San Francisco has to offer and his services can’t be beat. My friends and I have been using his limos and town cars for almost a year now and I am so glad that we were able to discover this great company.
He is not only efficient and professional, but is friendly and fun!
I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for luxury transportation services in the Bay Area. You will not be disappointed!
Oh and ask for the leopard limo :) It’s the perfect party car!

This guy is not reliable. Last week I thought I had booked for this Saturday. We went over all the deals on the phone, then he wanted me to text him the details again for a confirmation. He texted back ‘confirmed’. I didn’t think this was enough communication so I asked for an email to make sure everything was right.
After no response, I emailed him on Wednesday with the details again to reconfirm. He responded:
«We can give u ride there but not guarantee ride back, sorry. For the confusion»
Now I have to tell my 9 friends who were counting on a ride that they are SOL. I asked him what return trip time he could guarantee, but he has not responded and I don’t expect one.

Ever cross the bay bridge and 5 minutes later you hear on the radio there is some major traffic snarling the bridge and then your like «Whew, I’m lucky». Thats awesome feeling of striking gold is how i felt after my experience with Willy Limo service. Punctual, respectfull, couerteous, and very profressional. The stretched Limo looked amazingly clean, inside & out, they really take good care of the Limo! I’ve used Willy Limo twice now, and both times the service was second to none. I highly recommend the Willy Limo!

Based on my friend Amanda B.‘s excellent review, we hired Willy Limo to pick us up at the Fairmont Hotel and take us on a tour of the city on the way to the airport. There were 6 of us: me & my wife, our son & his wife and their two daughters. There was more than enough room in the strrreeetch limo.
He arrived at the hotel 10 minutes early, very well dressed, professional and courteous.
The interior was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We all enjoyed the ride, but the girls, aged 8 & 11, especially did.
Willy exceeded our expectations and was first class in all respects.
Highly recommended.

My Dad’s BDAY was over the weekend and I invited my nieces to join my parents staying up in the city with me. I called around because my regular service guy was booked. All other places were more expensive and they weren’t that courteous on the phone with me. I counted on Unilocal again this time, I called Willy Limo Service.
Willy responded nicely, also gave me a better deal, and I told myself, hope this driver showed on time for my dad’s Bday din din. I was worried because of the Chinese New Year Parade and it was raining hard.
Willy Limo called me at 30 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. My nieces was anxious, and 6:20 PM, 10 minutes earlier than my pick up time, Will showed up at the InterContinental.
Willy was polished with his suite, clean cut, extremely well-​manner and courteous toward my parents and nieces. The moment I saw him, I was like «what a relief!»
He dropped us off at Alexander’s Steakhouse, told me to take our time & just called him 20 minutes before we finish for him to pick us up. He arrived early again (second ++ bonus points), my folks got in & as easy as a ride can be, Willy Limo got us back to the hotel safely.
Even with his 20% tips included in the price, it’s still cheaper than 3 other places I called. My nieces loved the ride; my dad didn’t get car sick (which he gets every time, unless he’s the driver); mom was happy; and that’s all matter to me!
My dad had an awesome BDAY weekend! Willy Limo surely helped me did my job!

An amazing person. Amazing service. Personable. Honestly, he’s more than a driver. He wants you to have a good time. Be it your first night out in the city or for celebrating your friends birthday or bachelorette party. This man knows what’s up.
I have used a few town car and limo services in the city but none were as personable or as helpful as Willy. Most times when I call needing a car or a limo within the hour I get attitude and am told they’re booked for the night or «go online and find some other limo service» (yah — here’s the thing about that– if I’m already out I don’t really wanna stand on the street with my space phone googling limo services). I have called Willy a few times needing/​wanting a limo. Once he was not available but gave me the number to one of his friend who picked us up within 20 minutes. That’s service!
Not to say you should call and expect a limo within the hour, I definitely believe in booking in advanced but if Willy can’t drive you, he’ll make sure someone will get you. And that’s what sets him apart from many other drivers.
This past Friday it was my brothers 20^th birthday and he brought some friends to the city and I had a few places planned for him. I called 2 taxi cars but no one could get to our place within 45 minutes. I remembered I still had Willy’s number in my phone and gave him a ring. He said he could be there within 15 minutes. Needless to say, it was a great surprise and he was definitely appreciative of Willy’s hospitality.
The leopard interior was just the cherry on top. The limo was filled with lights and a great ipod/​iphone hookup so we listened to some Jazzy Jeff and Eazy E on our way to our destination.
Overall– his prices are very reasonable. If you want to ride out in style or celebrate any occasion– Willy is your man!

Willy is just awesome! He’s on time, knows his way around town and just overall a very nice man. I believe there even was a bottle of champagne or wine on board, not sure cause we had so much of our own too! He got us into some HOT spots without waiting in any lines. He’s an awesome man, very kind and I wish him the best!
Next time you are in the city and need a limo, he’s the one to call! Plus his leopard print interior is off the hook and made me feel like a sexy mama! Or maybe it was the liquor… Either way– Willy hooks it’s up! My party is too big for this New Year’s Eve otherwise he’d be the one I’d be calling. I wish he had a Party Bus!

Everything was great! Willy is an awesome guy who takes pride in his service to his passengers and the state of his limo. Everything was clean, and he would even clean our glasses during stops so we always had freshies!
However, if you are going for some dull-​version of high class, this may not be for you. The limo we got had lights, iPod hook up, and animal print interior. Basically, impossible not to have fun.

amazing service! from start to finish this guy was awesome… picked us up exactly on time and was prompt at every winery. He had such good energy and was such a joy to have as a driver… I wish he was drinking with us!!! thank you Willy Limo! We will use you from now on!
