This place has been closed for who knows how long but I went there today for nothing… I did find some cool shoes at this little spot around the corner but that is not the point… LOL

Good store if ur a Noob. Dood is a douche. I’ll never forget the time we were playing and in between games he comes over to our«camp» and starts shit with Greg. Well, Greg proceeds to shoot Chris in the foot, LOL ! And acts like it was a mistake. He gets all pissed off and starts talking loudly. By the time his voice got to full volume, our whole crew(bout 9 guys) had surrounded him. Then one of us starts jumping up and down while yelling like a chimpanzee, oooo haahahaha eeeeeee ooooo hahahaha. Jackass decided to leave quietly. He surrounds himself with paintball kids, rips them off and treats them like shit.

We went by there today, and the place was closed, and seems to be out of business. No sign on the door, unopened mail piled up below the mail slot, etc. FYI.

Worst paintball store ever, parts everywhere, people smoking inside the store, cussing in front of kids, and inconsistant pricing and advice. If you ask for recommendations, the best products are only the things that are currently in stock. The worst stuff are things that are not in stock. Once an item is in stock, it’s the best product ever according to the store owner. The owner is entertaining, but i’ve been personally ripped off there and know others who have been also. I would try to avoid this store at all costs… Need advice? Go to

Serious paintballers, stay away from this place. I called and asked if they sold Marbillizer brand paintballs and the guy said, «Marbillzer? Hell no!» Something tells me that neither quality nor customer service is a priority of his.

Parking is a pain in the ass, the store is disorganized, and Chris will come off as a condescending douche bag… but all in all it’s not that bad(and it’s not like we have much choice since it’s the only paintball place in the city). He gave me decent advice despite the fact he explained it all to me like I was a toddler and completely disregarded my personal opinions/preferences.

Chris knows paintball. More importantly, Chris knows paintball *markers*. He learns from his experience, and is quick to stop carrying gear that proves to be unreliable, or inferior. He’s quick to help experienced and novice players with advice, and tips.

Bet you not many people know about this store in Chinatown. Hell, will anyone even walk into an alley that’s a.) is a dead end b.) you hear paintball markers firing in the background and c.) you see an elderly man doing the asian squat smoking his stog? Well, I’ve overcome all those obstacles and believe it or not, this is the better paintball store in San Francisco(i think it’s the only one now since paintball paradise is gone). The owner, Chris, cracks me up all the time when I stop by and chat. This guy always takes care of my baby timmy and always talk strategies with me. Stuff he sells, he sells it for cheap so if you are a paintballer… check this place out. He’s a guru on paintball guns and knows how to make your marker fly more. Brought a few of my toys there for upgrades and lets just say… i’m a happy boy. Just go park at the Portsmouth Garage and he’ll validate your parking ticket if you purchase stuff there.

This, the only paintball store in San Francisco is very hard to find! You might find yourself looking at the map thinking, «I know that part of Chinatown, but Old Chinatown Lane?» The store is at the very end of the 150ft alley, which really has no other retail storefronts(all the other doors on the alley are the back of other shops). Inside I found a couple of guys sitting on a couch watching some Machine-gun madness movie on a big screen. Customer service is not the top priority, but once you get the attention of the guys they’re very helpful and informative. I’d love to describe the small shops floor-plan, but there’s not much planning — everything is kind of everywhere(they sell paint-balls, markers, pads, hoppers, and tanks). Based on the drill press, dremel, and other tools lying around — I’m going to assume they do repairs and modifications at the store. They only sell quality stuff, so don’t cruise in expecting to find toys-r-us grade equipment, this place is for the serious paintball enthusiast(which may explain my shock in how the operation was run). Apparently the $ 20 for a case of paint-balls is a good price — so for anyone planning on heading to a friendly paintball field, this is the place to buy your paint.
