I just got my iPhone 5s screen repaired here. My phone literally had shards coming out of the screen, and I had kept it in such poor condition for almost a year.
The owner was SO nice, very flexible with his schedule, very reachable by phone (I called to confirm availability of parts), and explained to me what he was doing as he did it. The whole process took about 20 minutes, but probably would have been shorter if I wasn’t distracting him with conversation! He is genuinely such a nice person, and I would definitely go back if my screen broke again (let’s just hope it doesn’t!).
He was the most affordable place in the Bay Area that I could find, and he uses really high quality parts. He actually told me that the price of the parts tripled in the last few months, so he’s really doing everyone a favor by keeping his rates so affordable — a testament to how nice of a person he is.
Everything exceeded expectations — his service, the quality, and efficiency — if your screen is in rough condition like mine was — don’t wait like I did!

Amazing work! Walked in with a shattered screen and was out 15 minutes later with a perfectly fine working iPhone. The owner of the store was incredibly friendly and charged me half of the price apple charges. When he realized my home button wasn’t working properly either he fixed it real quick. I can really recommend this place and would definitely come back! Great service!

The owner is super friendly and extremely helpful! I took my cracked iPhone 5s in and he fixed the screen in 10 mins and gave me a killer deal. Compared to all the repair shops in San Francisco, this shop charges half the price and you can get in and out with a new looking phone before you know it! Wish I can give 6 stars! Best customer service! I went to three places including Apple to get my phone fixed, each giving me the run around and no hope but to buy a new phone. Decided to Send my phone via overnight mail to get fixed at SF Smart Wireless after a referral from a friend. The owner took the time to fix it, call me and let me know it was done and he was going to overnight back! Wow! Sure enough I got it the next day!

I came here today to get my cracked iPhone screen fixed and it was so easy, and cheaper than other places I’ve researched, $ 70 for the 5c. It was super quick, about ten minutes, and the owners were really cool and nice!

I smashed the screen of my HTC One X + and I started looking online if there was someone able to repair it. I called Frank and he told me he had a spare screen for my phone. I went there and he fixed it in front of me for a really cheap price! I had a small issue afterwards and he told me to come back free of charge (he has a 7 day guarantee policy) and then my phone was great as it was before! :) I suggested him to a friend of mine, who was super satisfied as well. I highly recommend him and he is now my mobile phone man in the city… even if I hope to not break anything anymore!
