HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I finally had some free time so I came in early in the morning trying to return or at least exchange an item. The lady that was working gave me some bullshit saying how she can’t do returns because she needs a code that only the manager knows and told me to came back in the afternoon when the manager will be there and said that he will most definitely give me an return (what’s the point of working there when you can’t do one of the most important job!!) I came back around 4PM then he tells me that I can’t return it because it’s worn! Even though it was never worn and the tags were still on it! He wouldn’t even give me store credit or but instead just kept saying that the item has been worn.
