Sfpd – Tenderloin Station

Our car was broken into just two blocks from this police station on the night after thanksgiving. The folks at this station were just downright unaccommodating when we rushed to the station to file a police report. We stood for over 30 minutes on the front desk while the guys inside were laughing and merrymaking between themselves. When someone finally came, we were told to drive our burglarized car to the station otherwise they won’t believe it. At last someone came and genuinely helped us out. A big thanks to Officer Schultz (thus the two stars) who was really helpful with us afterwards.

On June 18 2013 or so. I was attacked at work for the second time. Previously my food had been tapered with by Ward Ruth and Antoinette Paillet. I called 911 after a customer witness what this SOB did and told me to call. Officer Troy Courtney responded 25 minutes later. He rolled his eyes when he saw me outside waiting for him. He walked past me as I approached him and he told me to stay put. He went downstairs to speak to the manager whom had only been working there for two weeks and the SOB. Later in a meeting I learnt that officer Courtney told the man because he had worked at the station longer than I had that I should leave.
Anyway officer Courtney returned upstairs and told me that it was a HR issue and that I had to stay upstairs and he was to stay downstairs. If I needed him again to call. He was smiling. He never asked me what was going on… I was in a lawsuit with Bloomingdales, they hired a co-​worker Mitra Ahmadi to be a fake witness in my trial. She was suppose to say that I yell at her in court. I never talk with the lady her sales tactics are disgusting and at this Alamo National station on Bush st. anything goes. This was going on for three months at this time. When I dialed 911 the operator asked me what happened I told her what I could, but the office was full of people/​customers. The customers were getting involved in my conversation. Finally I just demand that they send the police so I could report everything without the customers hearing it. I guess he was angry that I took him away from his donuts. This was a serious crime I was trying to report and he would not even speak with me. WHO CALLS THE POLICE FOR NOTHING???
This criminal Mitra Ahmadi and Ward should have been arrested.
Saundra Rock and Mitra was obstructing justice and conspiring to commit perjury in an open case in the court of SF.
Something is seriously wrong with the police in this city and Oakland. Anyway, when Mitra and Saundra discovered that I knew about the perjury they quickly settle the case. I think Bloomingdales force this bitch Saundra to resign. She has since fled to Boston. She committed these same types of crimes in New York. I have took the liberty to inform her new employer of her crimes. Our Judicial system is a fucking joke.
NEXT TIME I WILL PURCHASE AN ILLEGAL FIREARM FROM RIGHT OUTSIDE THAT GHETTO TENDERLOIN STATION AND BLOW THESE TWO BITCHES BRAINS OUT AND THEN MAYBE THE POLICE WILL DO THEIR JOBS! You must take matters into your own hands. I almost caught her she has been doing this for a while. There is evidence she called that inbred dog several times she bragged about it. This city is ludicrous no legal justice will be done, what kind of officer won’t speak to the person whom called 911 to report something like this! I reported this to the FBI and the district attorney but just like the police I’ve gotten no response. My lawyer said that court is not about the truth. I will put the whole sorted story down on paper and write a screenplay. I will never seek help from the SFPD again, the next person who commits any kind of crime against me is DEAD.

I’ve worked in the neighborhood 4 years. Have seen officers descending en masse on the Philz Coffee House at Larkin and Golden Gate, parking illegally in red and white zones, double parking, jay walking in droves, and high-​fiving each other as they walk in. They will ticket you for jay walking (if you are not a fellow officer, and appear able to pay the $ 200 fine), however they seem blind to the rampant, obvious drug dealing and using on the street within view of the coffee house and in the several-​block area where I walk during my breaks. I have almost never seen a foot patrol in four years, and when I have, they were harassing the elderly Chinese ladies who sell their food bank rations. I don’t understand. I just don’t understand.

I recently filed a police report at the Tenderloin station and had a great experience.
I want to thank the Tenderloin Station for many years of service and hard work. In particular, I want to thank Officer Gonzalez who was patient, kind, and extremely informative.
A BIG THANK YOU to OUR SFPD for the daily sacrifices that are made in order to protect us.

Don’t come when called after I have been attacked by knife in soma, but sure do come to the coffee shop and wait in line 10 officers deep

Ive been really hard on these guys in the past because… well, because District 6 is a hellhole. After meeting with Cap. Cherniss and his partner (good guys) to discuss issues I had with SFPD, I came away with better understanding of what they do and how they do it. Wow. The fact that these men and women choose to be here (yeah. SFPD officers choose what district they work in) is something we should all be grateful for. If you think the TL is utter chaos now, imagine what would happen if these handful of people werent here. And it is unfortunately just a handful. You can thank the mayors office for that. Before you really get down on SFPD, go to the station and meet with the Captain. Go look at the duty board, particularly the injured list. These people are literally breaking their backs for you.
Im still not a fan of the motorcycle cop that parked his bike in the middle of the cross walk while he ate at little henrys. Only a real asshole or moron would do something like that.

Naturally, my first inclination is f*ck da police but these guys are alright (and by guys, I mean girls too)…
Obviously, in one of the most crime ridden neighborhoods in SF they have seen it all; heard it all yet still seem to posses some (note: some) genuine care and interest in helping.
I have had to deal with probably every single officer in this station (i.e. obsessive stalker ex) and they have always pretty much been on my side — which is appreciated.
And some of the young male officers are pretty good looking too — I might add. (Hubba hubba)

i was skating down the street then abruptly stopped by an officer. He made me feel like a low life. thanks for the bad cop act. all 3 of them.
i was just skateboarding from class back to my apartment thats just 2 blocks away from the actual police station… where there are nefarious activities and crack smoking going on ²⁴⁄₇.
its pretty late right now. i could probably walk outside my apartment go to the corner of jones and ellis buy some cocaine or some shit if i so desired.
its too bad that their are so many people in this area who are addicted to such things and have it readily available in such a close proximity to a damn police station.
i feel safer on my skateboard going down hills than walking most streets in the Tenderloin.

If you can’t even maintain order in the 3 block radius of your fucking station, how do you expect to maintain order in the neighborhood?
Really… noise complaints… thanks for the two hour delay in response, ass hats.
And why don’t you stop speeding past traffic, turning on your sirens for «patrol» and issuing jay-​walking tickets? Aren’t there kiddie porn addicts you could be arresting?

I like that I can drink on the sidewalks of SF, especially when visiting my friends who live in the TL and they don’t care!!! I guess they figure there are worse things going on in the area and someone like me just wants to have fun… not rlly trying to hurt anyone just get drunk!

DO NOT WANT. Spent the night in this rinky dink piece of shit after being caught up for SKATEBOARDING ON THE SIDEWALK. I was just skating home from the bar and the cope are jamming some guy up on the sidewalk I skate by him and he says I’m to close. I had to be a good 3 feet away from this guy. Yeah I was tearing ass, but fuck dude I know how to control that thing I’ve been doing it for years. Either way. fuck this place and that night.

I have no beef with the SFPD. When I was young and stupid I spent many a nights with the men in black. They always treated me like one of the family. Gave me a room with a bar (bars)and some grub. To this day I refuse to eat a bologna sandwich! Bad boys, bad boys what you gonna do when they come for you!

You detained my friends and I-​both of whom were black, after hearing from a homeless man that we were robbing and Asian guy who just so happened to be a friend. Standing around and having a conversation must be a crime. Never in my life have I had 4 guns pointed at me so fast. It’s nice to know that if you’re white and homeless, you have more credibility than a hardworking Black man.

I work for the Tenderloin Station. Foot patrols are great but the tenderloin is getting shortchanged on them. When these last round of mandated foot patrolsd came out they added 18 cops to the beat but transferred out 15 from the station. That means no more under covers cops buying drugs to keep the dealers onthier toes. no more cops posing as drunks to keep the thieves wondering who is a cop or not. That means less cops in cars so when you call us it will take us longer to get to you (if we are not stop enroute to you by someone else). The beats are great but it needs to be mixed with everything else. No all i do is walk around and watch drug dealers from a block away walk around a corner and by the time i get there they are gone.

They seem to get some work done some nights… but it’s odd that even though this station is a block from my house I never see any foot patrols in my neighberhood… EVER

This little storefront is a quiet, cool respite from the hubbub of daily life in the ‘loin. Bring a book, bring a date, bring a broken bike lock, best of all most services are free.
On a recent Thursday afternoon all lights were out to conserve the cool. An immaculately groomed SWAT officer was silently buffing a large and very impressive shotgun with a cloth rag on his way out to who knows what adventure. No queue, no action, nothing but cave-​like calm. Inside the bulletproof acrylic booth a guy in full uniform sits in utter darkness, stacks a messy pile of papers, rings you on the phone. Very Star Chamber, very cool, very nice.
«Huh?» he says. «Yeah. Yeah? Okay. No, not here. You might try DMV.» He hangs up. In, out, mission not accomplished faster than a Tenderloin ho taking a piss. Better service, too.
Décor could be better. Only six years old and it’s already dingy and scuffed. Most police matters you choose your station and personally, the Mission Station on Valencia is my favorite for ambiance.
Can’t rate it on crimefighting. Haven’t seen much police presence in the hood, we all know there’s plenty of nasty and street people pullinng scams on the sidewak out front.
