This place has a terrible clerk. The lady, seems to be Japanese or some kind of Asian, i don’t know what. She made no effort to help me with products. All she did was, asking me if i was ready to buy. Very aggressive, demanding, and rude, i love Shisheido products but i don’t wanna come to this place again. Rude!

Service here at the Shiseido counter from the lady (don’t remember her name, but she is 30s and taller Asian woman) absolutely SUCKS. Might as well buy online, you will have a better chance to try the products that way!
HOW NOT TO TRY FOUNDATION at the Shiseido counter:
1) Does not let you look at the shade of foundation, puts a tiny drop on you,
2) Gave me the totally WRONG shade match, insisting i was the darkest shade (hello…no way!)
3) WASTE of time! Now I have to go way out of my way to go back!
4) I have never had such a BAD EXPERIENCE at Nordstroms.
I am returning the product. Nordstroms has got a long way to go to make it up to me.

The Shiseido counter at Nordstrom is just wonderful! Vanessa helped me pick out a lovely eyeshadow duo in Taffeta Taupe, a powder blush in Playfully Pink, and a fantastic lip stick called Sweet Pea. So far I have been extremely impressed with Shiseido. I tried my lipstick for the first time yesterday and I didn’t have to reapply it once during the day! It lasted for two whole meals, and my blush held up beautifully – never faded at all! :) The eyeshadow was elegant and subtle for day wear, and it goes on very silky.
Also picked up some face/​body sunscreen in SPF 33 and a lip balm with SPF 36 for my May cruise to the Mexican Riviera. Have yet to try them and will report back!
I highly recommend this Shiseido counter, and was really impressed with Vanessa. She even referred me to the Estée Lauder counter for their mascara since she thought it was better than Shiseido’s. Got lots of Shiseido samples too! :)

Annie at the Shiseido counter offers a refreshing change from over-​enthusiastic commission-​hungry sales person. Instead of pushing products on me that MIGHT work, she took the time to listen to my concerns and examine my skin before putting together a number of samples that have since become my skin regimine. LOVE the Night Essential Moisturizer.
