Sidney Rudy Waterfront Park is right next to Pier 39 in San Francisco. Sidney Rudy has passed… one of his biggest contribution to San Francisco was that he had represented the developers of Pier 39(who was also a founding partner of the law firm, Hanson, Bridgett, Marcus, Vlahos & Rudy). When Pier 39 opened in 1981 the city had dedicated Waterfront Park to Sidney Rudy… today we know it as Sidney Rudy Waterfront Park. Today this is a nice park to be hanging out at. There is a small children playground, lots of benches and grass to sit and admire the city as well as the bay. You’ve got Pier 39 right next to you. The trolly(F Market line) gets you right here. If your looking for something simple and nice… this would be your park to chill. Enjoy… Nicely trimmed hedges by the playground.
