Don’t waste your time.
Call Associated Trucking instead for construction debris. I’ve used these guys and the prices are the same pretty much and they never flaked like this — 650−652−3960 — 415−203−0535.

I used Smart Demo once in the past on the recommendation from a contractor and they were fine.
I’m building an addition so this is all construction debris — 2×4’s, plywood, sheetrock, etc.
I was counting on Alex from Smart Demolition to come by today in the afternoon as he said he would when I called yesterday.
I said come by to take away the debris tomorrow. He said early to mid afternoon he’ll come by.
I didn’t hear from him by three so I called. No answer.
Then he called back around 3:30 and said he thought it was an estimate, he’s running late, one of his drivers didn’t show up.
Said he could maybe come by in a bit and will call back in 10 minutes.
Never called back. I’ve called three times since.
My house has a ton of debris waiting to be pickled up. Ya, I’m pissed.

Well, Raz is here and they get 2 stars. I don;t want to write a negative review from them as the guy Z was very cool. But even Z said his guys are «not that fast.»
They are slow. Maybe fairly priced or 10−20% more than Associated trucking or even Smart Demo. Smart and others are much faster,
These guys are here a half hour and they didn’t even start. Others would have been done by then or close to it.
Frustrating. I have stuff to do.
