Just think about it this way:
When you see an older Dr. servicing her immediate community like this for so long, you forgive the cramped little office and lowkey operation. Chinatown is nothing if not for its citizens offering something back to the neighborhood.
She has all access to distributors for frames, often has sales on frames, and always hooks it up by looking for special rebates and coupons for contacts, etc.
BIG ++, her English is great, by Chinatown standards, you know what I’m talking about.
Cute little lady who gets so excited when you ask her about her new grandchild. haha.
and every now and then, her constantly rotating desk assistant is a real cutie.
My family has been with her for more than 6 years.

I really recommend Sonia Yick, optometrist. She has a tiny office in China Town (Stockton Street). When I call for an appointment, I am able to get in quick. She is so nice, knowlegeable, and thorough. Most of all, she went out of her way to find some special certificates for rebates on my contacts. Later she found out that the lens company did not honor the certificate in full, so she made up the difference for me by finding a different certificate,. It was nice that she followed up and it saved me quite a bit of money.
