I hired Greg to help install a new lock and latch system on my driveway gate. He was nice and worked quickly to get the job done in time and his prices were reasonable.
However, a week after the installation, part of the system (the remote control to open the latch) stopped working. Now, a few months later, my latch gets stuck and i can’t get into and out of my house consistently.
Multiple phone calls, requests for help have gone unanswered and it’s getting incredibly frustrating.
Smaller details including cracking the wood on the gate with the installation, a spring that fell off a few weeks after it was put on. those things i wouldn’t have cared about as much if the important stuff worked. (being able to open the door, using the remote)
i’m finding a new locksmith now and probably would not recommend Greg for any larger projects.

A co-worker passed on this business info to me when I need a number of locks changed for my home. I worked directly with Gregg. He was very helpful and courteous.
I set up an appointment about 2 days after my initial call. He came out to my place at the scheduled time and changed about 5 locks. He was very efficient and was done in about 2 hours. I was very pleased! Thanks Gregg!
I thought having my locks changed would be a big production, he made it very stress-free and quick.
