setup an appointment to get 2 upgrades and have another line and phone added, all stores were booked and had no time or new G6, this store took us and even when I said do I need an appointment, they said no just come in. But they took my name down so when I did arrive I would be helped at whatever time they were open. the guy was fast, helpful and had us on our way in less then 30 minutes with 3 new lines and no mess up on paperwork…

I first visited this kiosk to set up a new contract and the experience was very pleasant and helpful. The manager at the time walked me through everything, he offered me a very low rate and even offered me a $ 100 rebate if I bought a $ 50 case with my iPhone purchase. I left feeling satisfied and pleased with the whole experience. I waited for my rebate to come in and 2 – 3 weeks passed and nothing came in the mail. I went back to the kiosk to talk to the manager and he explained that it would take up to six weeks to get to me. So I went back home and waited thinking that this was a perfectly reasonable explanation. After two months of no rebate, I went back to the kiosk and was told that there was no mention of a rebate on my file. To top it off, my monthly bill was $ 15 higher than what I had been promised. After spending an hour at the kiosk and another hour on the phone, I gave up on the rebate and rescinded myself to paying the higher monthly fee. Yesterday, once again I visited the kiosk to either fix or replace my phone for which I pay a monthly insurance fee. The store clerk was very pleasant and informed me that if I gave the old phone back, I could either upgrade to an iPhone 6 or pay a lower fee to get the same 5s I have. He said that he could set me up with a replacement right away, but I was on my way to work so promised to come back today. When I went back today, the clerk who had helped me yesterday was busy so I went to someone else and told him what I had been told last night. First of all, he was unfriendly and looked bothered by the fact that I was asking him for help. He told me that I would have to go through the online insurance claim since the screen was malfunctioning. When I asked about the information I was given the night prior, he shrugged and said that he couldn’t do that. So I asked him if I would have to then end up buying two phone just to get an upgrade. He informed that to get an upgrade, I would first have to pay for a replacement of my current phone($ 200) and then pay for the new phone($ 220). I told him that given the new information, I would like to just replace my phone for the same model. He shrugged once again. I asked him if we could just replace it in store since I couldn’t wait four days for a phone and he declined. Finally, I told him that he and the other employees should receive uniform training because it seemed like nobody there communicated with each other. Once again, he shrugged and said«sure.»

There are only two businesses I vow not to support the rest of my life and to avoid at all costs: United for destroying my new luggage zippers for no good reason and Sprint for telling me whatever it took to get me to go away at every interaction. Long story short, sprint unlimited $ 57 a month on a iPhone 6. Cricket is the same plan on a Sprint network but only $ 45 total all taxes and fees included. Auto pay and month to month-no contract. Get a one time $ 22SIM card and you are set! Tried dealing with Sprint, the customer service online and on the phone were horrible. They kept telling me to call them to resolve the problem, when the problem was I had no phone with service because they didn’t know how to fix their mistake-the problem was connecting my phone. No need to use Sprint when there is a Cricket kiosk in front of Macy’s with super nice people. I’m merely a frustrated wanting to be Sprint Customer who got genuinely nice customer service at Cricket so I had to share here. I did say Sprint was nice, but after a week they never solved the problem. Nice didn’t get the job done, Cricket did.
