This store only wants your money. They did not do anything that they promised us they would do. They told us that we would be able to cancel our contract after using our phones for a year. A year later, we came back and they said they would call the phone service the next day, so we waited. Next day, we called and asked if our contract was still there, and they said they forgot to do it so we had to wait another day. Then two days later, we call back and they said oh we owe them money for something about merging our lines too quickly. I feel as if this store acts nice to you when you have business for them. but in fact they don’t care about you at all. Do not come here. I’ve seen places that are actually better and they actually keep their promises.

They have the worst customer service when you have an issue. They lie and deceive you without any qualms about it. They say their manager is not in, but in fact she is. The manager lies that she’s just the manager, but when push comes to shove, she admits she’s the owner of the store. Her mother also works there and lies that she can’t help, but again when push comes to shove, she can indeed sign a check and make decisions. They will give you a run around if they can. Recommendation: Come early and don’t leave until you have been served the way in which you need to be served. Otherwise, you will not get what you want. Lastly, SAVEALLDOCUMENTS because they will screw you on the back end.

WARNING: THISSTOREONLYWANTSYOURMONEY, THEYDONTGIVE A DAMNABOUTYOU! When I first came into the store looking for a contract and cellphone I was helped by a man who barely spoke any english but I said what the hell atleast he was trying. To make the long story short, I found the phone I was looking for and contract and headed out the door. When I received my first bill from T-Mobile I noticed that it was really expensive and I knew something was wrong and the plan didnt match what I wanted and what I told the guy. I called T-Mobile directly and had them changed the plan because it was way too expensive. A couple of days later I find out that my bank account was drained $ 800! Come to find out, Star Star Communication drained my account with out notifying me first stating that I had breached our contract. I was pissed, I went back into the store to speak with the manager, this time a lady helped me, she said the manager wasn’t in and that I would have to come back the next day to speak with her. I confronted the lady about the charge on my account and she said she didn’t know what I was talking about. Basically I walked into the store around 5ish to deal with the problem only for them to tell me they couldn’t help me when they were closing up! I literally waited about a good 2 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t help and for them to just brush me off like I was nobody really irritates me. Let’s just say this everytime I came back in this store to figure out what was going on with my bill a new person would be helping and I would end up explaining my story all over again. Come to find out, the manager was there all along but didn’t want to deal with the problem or any problem for that matter. She’s the worst«manager» ever if you can call her a manager. Let’s just say she’s some young chinese lady who doesn’t know how to run a business, well that if you call this store a business. I don’t get how people like these people get off treating others like this and getting away for it? How do these people get off owning stores and then abusing the system, it only makes T-Mobile look bad. Of course this place accepts credit cards only to drain your account! WHYPAYRETAILPRICEFOR A USED, IMPORTEDPHONEFROMASIA(WHICHWILLPROBABLYBREAKDOWNONYOU) WHENYOUCANGODIRECTLYTOTHESTORETOGET A BRANDNEWPHONEFORTHESAMEPRICE? My first visit to this store was the last. THISISNOJOKE! Please take my experience into onsideration before walking into that store, I admit you’ll go home happy at first but will eventually get stressed out over the situation.

Their price is not cheap, but the service is! I got a plan there and got a nokia for $ 250 out the door. The same phone was only about $ 175 at the other stores couple blocks away, I found out right after I got it! Oh well, what could I do. The second day after I got it, i was trying to make a phone call, and guess what? the screen gone crazy, blinked couple times and shut off. I immidiately took it back to StarStar Communication(what a dumb name), I told them the problem, and they told me that i must have dropped the phone on the ground or in the water, that’s why it broke on me. The phone was charging on my bed the whole day, there’s no reason it will drop without me knowing it. I argued with the sales person, and the manager finally came out. She was talking chinese all the time to me, and i didn’t understand a word. Finally, the salesperson told me that the phones that they got were all from CHINA, so there’s no warranty, at least not physical damaged warranty. I was like wtf? and the sales person was all pissed, so was I, and told me «you get what you pay for». hmmm. i couldnt believe what i heard from a store. I couldn’t do anything but were asked to leave their store. I filed a civil claim with the court, and hope that I can sue this so called«business.» Now I ended up using my old phone and the simcard that I got from them with my service plan(hey at least the simcard work!)

They are a Mobile authorized dealer, I got sick of my previous carrier and the current phones from Verizon didn’t really interest me all that much, my gf took me over here and showed me some unlocked phones from Asia and Europe. The people who work there mainly speak Mandarin, one of the girls there I think spoke Cantonese. I worked with Mike over there and he was able to help me, considering I could not speak either language. He was very patient in helping me look thoroughly through all the potential phones, and in the end I fell in love with the very first phone we looked at… Oh well… Any who, Mike helped me switch my number over away from Verizon and got me set up. By the time we finished the change over it was a half hour past closing time their closing time, fortunately they were all very accommodating of this and finished it up and one of the woman gave me and my gf a cup of tea as we waited. Their credit cards were down at this time so I was lucky I had some cash with me and the B of A was just down the street. One funny thing happened, remember that cup of tea they gave us? I was drinking that in the car, and trying to take numbers out of my old phone and to put it into my new one, mainly because stupid Verizon doesn’t have a simcard so I have to transfer all my numbers manually. Anyways, I spazzed out and dropped my old Verizon phone, fumbled with it in the air two or three times, and it dropped right into the cup of tea making a «pzzzzttt» sound before dying… Seriously, what were the odds of that happening… I guess the cup of tea had it in for my old phone…
