I usually come here from time to time when I have overtime, but this time I went was incredibly bad. I was on break and just went to grab a drink. Ok, first of all, the woman who made my drink obviously did not read my order right because she gave me the wrong drink. Then I wanted it remade because I got the wrong one. Then she kinda just blows me off, and says«oh, I’ll remake your drink but there is no whip cream». So she looks for me because there are a bunch of people waiting for their drinks. She looked dead at me and just completely forgot that I was waiting for a drink. She finally got the help she needed and someone remade the whipped cream, but she walked off on break and did not even tell me. She could have said«sorry, I’m gonna go on break and someone will help you with your drink», but no, she just left. So I had to go back and reorder! Wtf is that?! And I was on a time limit! And 5 people got their drinks before my remade one! This is the first time I’ve seen that barista who«made my drink» then left for break without telling me what the hell happened to my drink. I should have gotten a free drink or no charge because the drink was wrong to begin with, the barista who was making drinks was extremely rude, and my drink tasted nothing like it was supposed to because it was«half asssed»! Whom ever is the manager of this Starbucks at the terminal 3 baggage area at SFO, you should talk to me! I think I deserve a free drink or at least my money back for this horrible service and rude attitude!

The girls working were super nice and funny. Service with a smile. Espresso was tight; made just like the Italians do it. Top notch.

I went to this starbucks to get some drink in the morning. This location is located near the baggage. I order a strawberry refresher. I swear that I got as much as ice that they can fit into a cup and barely any drink at all. They also make your drinks pretty slow. I would say that if you really need some coffee, skip this starbucks and head over to peet for some better coffee.

Very poor services partly due to bad scheduling from management(only one person working two nights before Christmas — you would think a Starbucks in SFO International airport would know this is a heavy travel season), but mostly because the server(Sawarti?) was not properly trained to work at Starbucks. She refused to make frappucino for us because she was«too busy», yet she just made two for the customer before us. The line is an airport Starbucks is never short, so if the server is not trained to handle the traffic, management is the one to blame.

One star! This Starbucks Location has no sense of urgency. Everyone works at a snaiLs pace and doesn’t mind Leaving patrons standing around with any acknowLedgement. I stood around for about five minutes just staring at the barista without a simpLe ‘heLLo’. I was reLieved to finaLLy pLaced my order for a venti strawberry refresher with no water & substituted with Lemonade and a taLL white mocha with whip. The male barista is taking his sweet precious time with the drinks while the female barista is standing around doing NOTHING. She takes off her apron and there is a line forming, even then it takes her a hot minute to hop on the register. This Location is beyond CHILL and there seems to be a huge Lack of QuaLity controL. My strawberry refresher was super sweet, cup was sticky, and muLtipLe strawberry bits were disgustingly bad(see my photo) — who serves people that sh*t? I didn’t even bother wasting my time going back to compLain. **Pass on this Location if you have any sense of standards.**

Used to be that airport Starbucks do not take rewards. Am incredibly happy that they do that now. Got my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappacino. Rock on!

Got there to spend some time after returning a rented car(and have some sort of breakfast as well:)). Did not expect anything outstanding, but… well… definitely, this location is not at the top of my list. Cons: — They don’t have tables at Starbucks, but there are some chairs nearby in the baggage claim area. — They do not serve warm sandwiches(such as slow-roasted ham&cheese one). Thus, ordered S’mores frappuccino and morning bun. — There is NOWAY for heating the pastries. — My morning bun was not fresh. — There was a little fly in the pastry fridge :). Pros: + Located right in the baggage claim area. + They serve MINI frappuccino :). + After your flight, there is a chance at least something to eat/drink. + They work quite fast, you don’t have to wait long time to have your coffee. Summary: You may try it if you are starving :).

Quick nice service. Got a vanilla bean frappaccino with java chips. There was an ice block at the bottom though…

Went to this Starbucks to relieve my itchy throat. I usually get the Tazo Refresh Mint tea. When I ordered it, the barista was a little confused. She thought I wanted a refresher. But was cleared up when I asked for it hot. I forgot they use Teavana now, so it’s called Mint tea no weird title. Same taste to me, but glad the barista cleared it up for me. Love that they are at the normal price for Starbucks unlike other Starbucks at different airports!

Worse Starbucks ever!!! After a 6 hour flight, I just wanted a cold drink. The woman at the cashier was extremely rude. I asked for a java chip. She gave an attitude said we don’t have chips and gave me a look that I am bothering her. This Starbucks will close down if they don’t train employees properly. I’m also in customer service. I’d have fired her on the spot.

Went on lunch for a salted caramel mocha frappand sandwich. After making my drink wrong the first time. A second employee attempted and made it with milk. Not knowing the drink was made wrong, i drank some of it. Being lactose intolerant and drinking milk at work is not the best thing. I feel awful and i paid $ 15 for a lunch that made me sick. Not too happy.

I’ve stopped here a couple times. Being in the airport, it’s missing some of the typical Starbucks vibe you get at its retail locations. The transaction moved smoothly, and I was able to move on with minimal delay. After all, it is an airport and I’m usually on the go.

The new Starbucks in the International terminal at sfo is a lifesaver good costumer service and nice people also. A little pricier than most but does the damn job!!!

If you want a perfect latte with perfect whip cream like foam see Napolean! I’m here all the time and his latte is always the best. What a professional! Also, he is always so welcoming and happy!

This Starbucks is indeed down on the Baggage claim level of Terminal 3 as Michelle M. states. It is not by a Food Court in Terminal 3 as Shirley N. speculates. You can even match the wallpaper at this Starbucks from the pic from the SFO dining web site to the pics posted to the Unilocal business listing: I’ve gotten coffee here a couple of times upon arriving at SFO while waiting for my luggage. I can’t say why, but it’s been routinely worse than coffee at other Starbucks. The only good thing I can say about it is that it had enough caffeine in it to keep my eyelids propped open for the 50+ minutes drive down I-280 to Cupertino.

This location refused to honor my starbucks card free-drink, at a time when I could have really used it. They also have no way of heating pastries. Really disgusting cold cheese danish that in no way tasted like the ones I get at other Starbucks. Disgruntled unfriendly workers were not helpful or patient with customers. Anyway, skip this location if you have any choice in the matter at all.

The Starbucks location I am writing this review is international terminal G @ SFO. The older lady baristas whom do the opening each day. They always seem to be in confusion with your orders or always have issues with register. There is always a llong ine when both of them on shift. My suggestions when you see them in the morning: have cash and order the most simple thing on the menu, coffee. Then, you would have less frustration in the morning. Starbucks management @ SFO: please don’t let them work together!

I think this Starbucks station is the one by the BART station at SFO. it’s in T3 by the food court. If you use your Starbucks app and you don’t have enough money on it to pay for your items, gotta pay the difference right then and there. So it’s Starbucks but Starbucks at the airport so different operations. They do serve La Boulange pastries, breakfast sandwiches and lunch items so that’s a good thing if you’re a fan.

I’m a fan of this location since I’m a frequent flyer for United and love that I am able to get a cup of joe either when I’m: 1. Waiting for my luggage because I walk faster to the baggage claim than my baggage getting from the plane to the claim area. 2. Waiting for my ride after arriving for a flight. This location makes it convenient especially when you come off a flight and need some extra caffeine.

Conveniently located right before you hit the cool San Francisco air, this modest little Starbucks offers you one last chance to grab a hot beverage. Despite its tiny size, it’s got a few pastries available, too.(Don’t recall seeing a refrigerated section.) There are a few bagged teas available here, too. By 9pm on a Thursday, there were very few pastries available, but I’m sure this depends on the day and time you go. I want to say that this was located near Arrivals Doors 6 – 7, but don’t quote me on that…

I was shocked to find this Starbucks hidden near the baggage claim & pickup area. I didn’t know there were any in SFO — and believe me, I looked! Starbucks is a welcome sight in this airport, which I’ve always known to be the Land of Peet’s. If you can handle dodging weary travelers with baggage carts, & drivers desperately waving those name signs, I’d suggest that you jump in line here for your caffeine fix.
